I chose this LabCorp because the ones closer to where I am had horrible reviews. This one seemed better. I got there and both the outer lobby and the inner lobby were both packed with people so no place to sit. Both of the kiosks where they want you to check in with a QR code did not work that day. The reason why I'm giving it five stars is because the staff was friendly, the facilities are clean and I was able to go down the hall into the bathroom to get my sample and just drop it in a little box after I signed in and left. Easy Peezy for what I was there for but if I had to get my blood drawn, I don't know if they would've honored my 11:15 appointment time. They seem to overbook and nobody wants to sit in a crowded lobby with sick people but it worked out for me seamlessly this visit so I'm grateful for that. Will use them again in the future.

2025.05.20 paid parking directly across street. Tuesday 6:48am - Suite 130first office to the right when you enter the lobby, two small padded benches. There were no available appointment slots online so I came early as a walk-in. I was first in line with four other people following shortly thereafter at the opening time of 7 AM. They had processed my check in and paperwork and completed my blood draw by 7:19 AM. Staff was helpful and efficient .

Needed to get some labs done that my MD ordered. Was told by my MD nurse about this location. Arrived early in the morning and already there were a few people inside waiting their turn. Since I didn't make an appointment, I needed to register myself in by using one of the kiosks in the waiting area. Very simple to use and didn't take very long. Short wait in the waiting area. Only a few chairs available. Social distancing. Once it's your turn, there's only one restroom so try not to take too long getting your urine sample into the cup because there are other people waiting to-do the same thing. The restroom was clean, but they really need more than one restroom. Some people take too long peeing into the cup. Afterwards, bring your sample/cup out of the restroom and place it into a tray with the other urine samples. Don't worry, your cup is labeled. Getting my blood drawn was next. There are several booths to sit in. The lab tech will direct you to one of the booths to sit in. The chair has an arm rest so that it's easy for the technician to draw your blood. The whole process was simple and fairly quick. There's a parking garage next to the lab.

When she was called in she asked if I can come in with her because she has fainted many times due to fear of needles, so I came with her on my day off specifically to get these labs drawn for her. The technician that called her in said I couldn't come in, so my wife proceeded to explain to her why she wanted me to come in with her. The technician then said "well I can lay you down" and said to her "I don't feel comfortable with another adult in here". My wife then asked "what about my comfortability?" to which the technician simply replied "I'll have to have someone else come and draw your blood". I then asked if I can come on with my wife while the technician said to me "no, we're talking about that right now" as she was speaking to what I suppose was a superior. In the mean time I'm waiting outside while another technician is tending to my wife and starts to get ready to draw blood. My wife then asked him if he was made aware of what the other technician said to which he replied no. My wife then asked him if I can come in with her and he also stated "no". My wife then said "if he can't be present with me then I'm leaving". The technician simply shrugged and said "fine". At no point during this whole time did they show us any policy stating an adult could not be present during the draw. It was simply about the technician's "comfortability" without consideration for the comfortability of my wife. The disregard for the patient's need is unacceptable and their lack of professionalism is evident in their lack of empathy and care. Maybe consider the fact that there are people with legitimate fear of needles that pass out and faint at the sight of it all. Would give them a 0 star if I could.
