I'm not sure that writing reviews about a laboratory will matter because people have to go there regardless. But, for the sake of feedback to the management if they care, this place is so chaotic. The signage is terrible, it's not clear where you are supposed to wait, it's confusing whether they want you to check in in person or use one of the kiosks, nobody looks up to help you (it actually feels like they are trying to avoid you if I'm being completely honest) and it's just all in all a messy experience. It's like this every single time. I'm in healthcare myself and I feel like I'm able to navigate things a little easier than some people, but when elderly people, cancer patients, overwhelmed people, etc., are trying to get their blood drawn, adding this kind of stress to their already stressful life is just unnecessary. Having said that, the two times I've had to be here in the last few months, at least the actual phlebotomists were competent and kind. I do have to say that nobody seems to be enjoying their employment here. They are professional, but if you look around, no one seems happy to be there. read more

I've been to this LabCorp several times, always hoping my experience the previous time was a fluke. I'm not gonna do that again, I'm never coming back to this location and I'm not just not gonna use the LabCorp anymore. Places do not get this bad unless it's management and leadership that absolutely does not care about patients. That said the employees here are also apathetic and honestly hateful. It's like they hate you for needing blood work. Check-in is chaotic, wait times are a fiction that they invent to sound good but are not reflective of reality or your real wait time whatsoever. Appointments are meaningless. Check-in is absurdly, complicated and annoying, requiring you to re-enter so much personal information that you already entered and that they already know. I asked a simple question at the front desk - there was no one there at first, so I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up, though that person completely ignored me, so I had to wait another five minutes for someone who actually cared. They didn't care very much, but they at least acted like I existed, which is a plus for this location. My question was do you even have a lab order on file for me? They said we don't have that information. The place that's supposed to perform the lab work somehow doesn't have the ability to look up if there's a lab order for me, that's what the front desk person told me. That is how useless they are. That is how hateful they are. That is how much they do not want to help. Do not go to this location. There are other locations if you want to use LabCorp that are not much further, and are so so much better. This location is the worst medical experience I have ever had in my life, and I've lived long enough to have had some pretty awful ones. read more

I came to this Labcorp for blood work after my annual physical in the same building. It was nice that I could walk in without an appointment, although my wait time was a little over 30 minutes. I could only check in on the kiosk, not by talking to a person. The nurse who took care of me was patient, caring, and attentive throughout the visit. I truly appreciated the excellent care. Michelle labcorp supervisor at front desk was rude, and lacking basic customer service. she was unprofessional not wearing her badge and her demeanor was defensive and abrupt and forcefully rushes her customers to sign a new form that she can't even explain properly to help customer understand it. in other words if you ask any questions you are disliked and refuses services. she stated " if you don't sign this new form we refuse all services to you today!" even the lab technicians state she is rude and this is her normal but she has been working here for years so no one can do anything about it and she is retiring soon. the lab technicians are excellent and do a great job but Im going elsewhere for all future draws due to front desk as this is not my first rude encounter with this specific front desk supervisor. Was told to do a walk-in blood draw there. Checked in and there was no indication of how long the wait time would be. Waited almost 2 hours and when i asked at the desk I was told it would be another 1/2 hour and that they "hadn't had time" to fill in the little sign that listed the approximate wait time. I left. After waiting 45 minutes I went to the receptionist to ask how long it would be because my cortisol test should be performed before 10 am and I had other appointments. She snapped at me (like she did the person before me) about computer issues and people bothering her. BE AWARE! Be very careful with them, they are scammers when it comes to $$. Make sure, to get all your information like order #, test #, requisition #, invoice #. Take a screen shot of your online page with the payment, because they will delete everything withing a week or so, if they know they need to give you a refund. Next thing they will tell you that they can't find any of your payment information. Dispute the charge in your banking account and make sure you take all their names when talking on the phone with them. Ask to speak to the manager. Write an honest review of your bad experience and dishonest practices that they do. Unbelievable!!!! read more

It's super easy to find an appointment here online. But the most difficult part is to check in and get the service. The kiosk is a mess and half the time it doesn't work. If you have the QR code, it's easy but at times the that code also doesn't work on the machines. Even if you are early or on-time, they will never call you on-time. Only a limited chairs to sit. Most of the time have to wait outside for the lab tech to call our your name. The best part is the lab techs. They are really great. Service was always great. No troubles for any blood work I came here for. read more

But this was the only nearby location open on a Saturday and I needed a blood draw that was dependent on factors outside of my control so making an appointment wasn't something I could do. However, if you are ABLE to make an appointment, please do. As a walk-in, I've been here one hour and was told it would likely be another hour before I would be seen for a 2 minute blood draw. Frustrating that something that should be so simple is taking up half my Saturday. Beyond that, staff has been friendly. Absolutely the worst office experience. We have waited for two hours!!! It's beyond me how inefficient they are. For starters they clearly have an opportunity to have more offices open. This feels worse than any Kaiser or Military experience I have ever had. Management - wake up! The medical system in Washington State overall is so below what the level of service should be. I went in for a drop in blood draw on a Saturday, the line is hours long. So I left and made an appointment for June 1, 2024 The phlebotomist was fine. She was patient and did her job well. That is the reason I am giving 2 stars. The receptionist however was another story. I didn't interact with her myself, but watching her interact with people was painful. She was so mean. Rude, condesending, annoyed with everyone, patronizing. I could see people were afraid to talk to her. She acted like everyone was an idiot and treated them as an intrusion and annoyance. Please get a new receptionist Labcorp. My gosh. I wanted to say something in the defense of those talking with her but thought that might make it worse. read more

Gave one star for computer check in does not let you know wait time, in which we had an appt afterwards. Waiting room was so overfilled with people, we had to wait in Radiology seating since there wasn't any for my elderly mom. A lovely patient told us she thought her name was called around 15mins, so we thought we would wait 15mins. 15min mark my mother started booking for the door. 2hrs later we were home and got the text they were ready now. This was the third location we had been to, today. First two locations LabCorp had no staffing. I sure wish LabCorp could start paying and treating their employees better. Perhaps a strong competition would help? Anyways, now we have to do the daily morning call to our regular doctors office, just so we can get this blood drawn. Thanks LabCorp. Went here on a Saturday morning without an appointment. The building does not have any Labcorp signs anywhere so I was initially confused if I even had the correct place. I arrived around 7:40 and there were already people lined up outside because the entire building opens at 8. Once doors opened, the labcorp unit was easy to find (just straight back and to the right). For me, check in was easy- you use a kiosk and it scans your drivers license. If everything is updated in your account, then it takes less than a minute to check in. If you have to add your information, I can see how this would take a lot longer and cause frustration (as noted by several other reviews). I was the 5th person that checked in and I believe there were 2 people with appointments but I was still seen by 8:25 and out by 8:35. Staff was friendly, my blood draw was quick and easy... and what you'd expect for a lab. Labcorp just isn't the easiest to work with and it's frustrating that this is one of the only locations that is open on a Saturday. There were at least 8-10 people behind me in line before 8am... so if you plan on going on a weekend just be aware. read more

One star for the actual service, although check-in is streamlined with easy technology. This location is inside of the Providence Clinic building, which strangely smells strongly of mold when you enter. There were 3 Lab Corp personnel in attendance to assist with my blood draw with absolutely no explanation as to why. It's not like I'm going to run away. The tiny space was crowded when I joined them, as we were crammed against a wall within a few feet of each other. It was odd. One attendant was apparently in training, which she disclosed as she held the needle up to my arm. The plebotomist was unpleasant, brisk and didn't listen to my answers to her questions. I had to repeat myself multiple times. She wrapped the latex band around my arm way way too tight, and I asked her to loosen it immediately. I have abrasion marks and bruises on my arm now. She pressed way too hard on the needle withdrawal site with her fingers which was painful and left a bruise. I have good veins which typically do not bruise after blood withdrawals. Her technique was rough and clearly unpracticed. Honestly, I will never return to this Lab Corp site at Providence in Mill Creek. Additionally, she never looked me in the eyes once during my visit. Her people skills were non-existent. She reminded me of a cold, mean prison nurse that you would see as a caricature in the movies. I understand the training process needs to happen, but patients should be notified & asked to sign off from the beginning. read more

I went to have blood panel, TB, and Syphilis test done. They have to write out my name a birthday on all 10 viles. For some reason they didn't print out labels. They didn't add my doctor's info into the system before I left. Then my doctor and I never received the results. I emailed company through contact us. Never got a response. So now I have to go back and hopefully they have my info in the system to print out. Or I am going to have to reorder my lab test. So annoying!!!!! read more

I have been visiting Labcorp Bellevue for years and the quality of their service was always good. So I expected the same from Labcorp Bothell but it has been very disappointing! I had gone for some lab work almost 3 weeks ago and since then I have neither heard back about the results nor have they responded to multiple voice mails I have left! It's the latter part which has been the most frustrating! Going forward I'd rather travel the 20 miles to Labcorp Bellevue rather than visit this branch! read more

I was so impressed with the new electronic process to check-in at the Labcorp in the Providence Everett location. When I arrived, there was a huge line of people. I checked in and opted for the text notification when they were ready. I was able to wait outside with my son in the fresh air and only had to wait 15 minutes! I was so impressed that this place was finally fully staffed and just blew through the huge line of people waiting! What a change for labcorp! This is my one and only time I will ever go to labcorp. I have double insurance and they still wanted a credit card when it pays 100%. Very Lazy and slow at the front desk. They are not doing anything but talking and they wanted me to use the automated machine. When it didn't work it took them forever to help me at the front desk. This is a very unorganized set up.
