Website says that this place (9AM- 3:30PM) was open. Web site also say that the scheduling online is unavailable. I called to confirm and got their voice mail. So, I decided to skip my lunch break, head over which is out of my way to take a test for another job offer. Got there and the sign was closed with a clock that says to come back at 2PM. There was a person there, on her phone with her back turned to the window. This tells me all I need to know about how lazy this facility is. The audacity to not acknowledge someone at the door and explain " yeah sorry we are closed for X, Y and Z. OR better yet post it on your website OR on the door. PATHETCI. A complete waste of my time. I called several times before driving 25 minutes to make sure I had their hours correct for an onboarding employer drug test. I arrived at 11:40 AM and was greeted with, they are closed until 1 because she had too many people already waiting. Their answering machine says they do them from 9-3 and are closed from 12-1 for lunch. I told her they should put that on the answering machine since I drove all that way. I left and went somewhere else who took me right away despite my 11:59 arrival and their lunch closure from 12-12:30. read more

Terrible. They have you booking an appointment just to get there and wait an hour. Costumer service is very VERY poor as well! They do not answer your calls, and the lady at the front desk asks like she's working at The Presbyterian, but no in a good way. Arrogant. What a mess. I went here for a lab test that was for a private matter. There was one person working, and she had no options to offer when I asked for a more private location to discuss the situation and relay confidential information. It's literally a huge open room with no complete walls or doors. Since there were no other options, the other people in the lobby heard every detail of my business, and what they didn't overhear from me saying the information as quietly as possible, they certainly overheard when the woman working called some sort of help desk and loudly explained what she needed and relayed my confidential info. What a lovely start. The same person checking people in was also doing tests. She always had at least 3 people stacked up in the lobby and was at least 45 minutes behind while I was there. The test itself did not feel like it was being done in a safe or confidential way, and the worker expressed that she didn't really know whether everything was in their systems right to even get results but she would send them in anyway. I've been going here since December 2017 for B12 injections only, and I've had nothing but positive experiences. In fact, I'd say I look forward to my times there as the staff is always so friendly and kind, and in addition their B12 shot prices are by far better than anywhere I've seen. Everywhere else overcharges like crazy. They're still making a profit at Any Lab Test Now, but it's clear that they're not trying to scam you into overpaying like so many health or diet centers attempt to do (research the actual cost of good quality B12 and compare before buying anywhere). The woman most often working there does an awesome job of making sure you know what to expect and what ingredients are in the shots. She is an amazing asset to this facility - thank you for being so awesome! Going in might not amaze you by the environment, but she makes it worthwhile by far. read more

False pricing on their website. Paid for a COVID test for $90. When we got there they said it was $250. They wouldn't even promise a full refund. Why in the world would you get a medical test from a dishonest company. read more

Untrustworthy, if you ask me. Their website fails to provide basic important information about the test I was directed to get by my medical provider. Because of this, I wasted my time and money. I will avoid them at all costs, and I suggest you do as well. read more

Yikes, what a terrible experience I had here. I came to get some specialty labs from one of my doctors and this was the closest place to me on the list they gave me. When I entered the clinic, a woman told me to sign in and said they'd be right with me. As I signed in on the clipboard, I noticed it asked for patient name, date of birth, and phone number, which concerned me for privacy reasons. After I sat down in the waiting room, it soon became clear that there was only one person working while there were about 7 patients waiting. And also that everyone else there was waiting for employer drug testing. I kind of assumed that in between drug testing, she might do my blood draw but she never said anything to me or any of us waiting. As new people continued to come in the door, this tech, who was now on the other side of the room conducting the drug tests would yell over to them across this full waiting room, "what are you here for?" You could just see people get uncomfortable because they didn't want to yell "drug testing" or whatever to a group of strangers, and rightly so. What if they were coming for a paternity or pregnancy test? They do testing of sensitive nature there and no one should feel they have to announce over a room full of strangers what they are there for. After I was sitting there for a hour with new people continuously coming in, two people came in and asked if they could get B12 injections. The tech told them she would "squeeze them in" right then. You could see everyone in the waiting room getting irritated (myself included). It took another 15 minutes to "squeeze in" these people for their B12 injections. I was finally called up at this time, also asked what I was there for, but I refused to yell it over the room and walked over to her instead. As I got to the lab draw station, she told me that other patients before me had similar test kits to mine but she hadn't even a chance to label them. It was rather concerning to me to see these unlabeled tubes all over the counter. I made sure that she labeled all of mine correctly before I left. During my hour and a half there, 2 different patients who were there before me came back and gave this tech food saying they felt bad that she hadn't eaten or taken a break all day! I asked this woman if she always works alone and she said she does, though said it is not always this busy. In the time I was there, she answered the phones (sometimes was unable to get to it), she collected payments, did paperwork on the computer, and did all of the testing herself. I don't know what kind of establishment this is, but it is seriously understaffed for the volume of tests they do. I realize I could have left at any time, but as time passed I kept thinking that I must be soon! And as I had already wasted so much time driving there and sitting there, the idea of starting over elsewhere felt like way too much trouble. The only positive to this experience was that this tech was very polite and nice to everyone there, despite how insanely busy she was. read more
