    I always get an appointment and get right in. The lab technician is very friendly and efficient. The new larger office is awesome!

    Easy non crowded facility. The phlebotomist was spot on one prick excellent -painless. In and out. I would definitely use them again.

    I've been to this LabCorp several times, always hoping my experience the previous time was a fluke…read more I'm not gonna do that again, I'm never coming back to this location and I'm not just not gonna use the LabCorp anymore. Places do not get this bad unless it's management and leadership that absolutely does not care about patients. That said the employees here are also apathetic and honestly hateful. It's like they hate you for needing blood work. Check-in is chaotic, wait times are a fiction that they invent to sound good but are not reflective of reality or your real wait time whatsoever. Appointments are meaningless. Check-in is absurdly, complicated and annoying, requiring you to re-enter so much personal information that you already entered and that they already know. I asked a simple question at the front desk - there was no one there at first, so I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up, though that person completely ignored me, so I had to wait another five minutes for someone who actually cared. They didn't care very much, but they at least acted like I existed, which is a plus for this location. My question was do you even have a lab order on file for me? They said we don't have that information. The place that's supposed to perform the lab work somehow doesn't have the ability to look up if there's a lab order for me, that's what the front desk person told me. That is how useless they are. That is how hateful they are. That is how much they do not want to help. Do not go to this location. There are other locations if you want to use LabCorp that are not much further, and are so so much better. This location is the worst medical experience I have ever had in my life, and I've lived long enough to have had some pretty awful ones.

But, for the sake of feedback to the management if they care, this place is so chaotic. The signage is terrible, it's not clear where you are supposed to wait, it's confusing whether they want you to check in in person or use one of the kiosks, nobody looks up to help you (it actually feels like they are trying to avoid you if I'm being completely honest) and it's just all in all a messy experience. It's like this every single time. I'm in healthcare myself and I feel like I'm able to navigate things a little easier than some people, but when elderly people, cancer patients, overwhelmed people, etc., are trying to get their blood drawn, adding this kind of stress to their already stressful life is just unnecessary. Having said that, the two times I've had to be here in the last few months, at least the actual phlebotomists were competent and kind. I do have to say that nobody seems to be enjoying their employment here. They are professional, but if you look around, no one seems happy to be there.

    From start to finish the customer experience my partner and I had with Everett MRI & Diagnostic…read moreCenter was awful. We were very excited to schedule our first 3-d Ultrasound for our first baby/pregnancy. Each time we called the customer service representative was very rude. Then we scheduled our appointment despite the rude customer service and then the DAY before our appointment when we had already made arrangements they called and cancelled our appointment with less than 24 hours notice when we had already arranged our work schedules. Then we go in to the facility for our rescheduled appointment about a week later. Again, the customer service again was horrible, just flat, rude not kind or welcoming in any way. We go into the facility which is run down and dingy looking. We wait for about 30 minutes even though we arrived early with nobody saying anything to us. Then the lady who performed our ultrasound barely spoke English. We could barely understand what she was saying. We did not get the service we paid for. We paid 100.00 dollars for 3-d pictures and they did not turn out. The ultrasound technician said to us that if we had come in sooner the pictures might have turned out better which I thought was funny because we had our appointment scheduled the week before for that exact reason and I told the tech, that we had it scheduled for the week before and you guys cancelled it on us and she said, "oh yeah." So our pictures likely would have been better if the timing was right which the facility screwed up. Then at the end of the ultrasound we wait for about 20 more minutes for them to "print" the pictures. At that time they informed us that the front desk worker had to leave urgently and could not process our pictures right then but yet they wanted us to pay for the service. I said I was not willing to wait for another hour but they demanded that we pay so I did. We returned in an hour and they gave us the 4x6 print out but then said they couldn't print the 8x10 because the machine was down. So at this point we had already paid, which they couldn't figure out how much until the front desk worker came back because no one knew what to do in her absence, we didn't receive the product and after dispute in the office they agreed to mail the two 8x10 photos that we paid 100.00 dollars for. So I called the business today, 3 weeks after they promised to mail our photos "priority mail" and again they were as usual very rude ont he phone and then they were arguing on the phone with me saying "you said you were going to pick them up." This was NOT the case. They promised to mail them and then they were arguing on the phone with me. If they product was still there after 3 weeks why wouldn't they have called or just mailed them in the first place and then they were aruging with me over who said what. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer and I know what was said to me when we left, that they were going to mail them. This is a VERY poorly run business I wouldn't recommend for anyone to go there. Their customer service was awful start to finsih, the service we received (3-d ultrasound) was very substandard and you pay for a product that you are not receiving, the building was gross and run down and you will be treated like a second class citizen. Do not go here if you're looking for a positive customer experience. And part of me wonders if we were treated so poorly and discriminated against because of our same sex relationship. I would not recommend ANYONE I know to experience this business and what we went through, ESPECIALLY if it's for an ultrasound of your baby and you're excited because this place will definitely pop your bubble.
