Went back again for a new position and still awful and rude. They really need to get it together here.

Terrible service. The technician who drew my blood was not caring about me toward my treatment even though I had told her how very sensitive I was to this proceedure. She lacked compassion towards me. I physically got sick, I was shaking, crying and throwing up and all she did was move the next a patient into the room as this was happening. She violated my privacy by letting another patient into the room. I will never come back here. read more

I went in today at about 4:15 pm. There was one lady working the place and she went back and forth between the front desk and taking blood. She gave me information quickly and was excellent at drawing blood. As someone who is a fainter (vasal vagal reactions) I appreciate really good phlebotomists. I told her up front I couldn't use the tourniquet and had to lay down and she didn't question me. It didn't hurt, I didn't faint or get dizzy. read more

The employees acted like they were doing me a favor. The needle used was so large I have a scar. When they use large needles it means they are not very good at their job. The chair I sat in was taped together and cardboard where there were missing parts. I reached out to corp but they did nothing. read more

The previous reviews made me very concerned. I had a 9 am appointment but they took me right in when I got here (8:26am). The receptionist was very polite. Toya, the phebotomist was extremely pleasant. I would come back if I need more blood work. BTW.. the paper sign previously posted with conflicting was down! I visited LabCorp on 07/31. Upon walking in, a smelled a strong odor of urine. The night before, I scheduled an appointment and inputted all of my information online. Within a few minutes of arriving, I was told although I filled in all of my information online, I still needed to sign in at a kiosk. To my surprise, I had to put in my insurance information again as well. I did not have the physical card with me but I was able to log into my insurance portal on my phone and view a digital copy of it, so I was able to enter it a second time. After I finished the registration process at the kiosk, the receptionist told me she needed to put in my information again. This was the third time! She refused to accept my electronic insurance card and told me it had to be a physical copy. I told her that previous medical offices have accepted the digital copy of my insurance card but offered to email it to her or let her photo copy the digital copy on my phone. She declined to do either and said that LabCorp doesn't even have an email address so I left. On my way out another receptionist said in a very rude and condescending tone, "Have a nice day!" As someone who works in health care I expected much more professionalism and understanding of the reception staff. read more

This company is a fucking joke. First one I went to ran out of drug cups. Now been a hour they have no stream liner process and all they do is drug test and easy lab work. So posses at this place and the.job that sent me to this crap hole. read more

I would give this location "zero" stars if I could. BTW I think this is less location and more endemic of the Labcorp culture across the board as we have experienced the same issues at multiple locations. I normally don't write reviews because in the current challenges around hiring I am sympathetic to challenges that all businesses have. In the case of Labcorp I felt compelled to write this review because the issues I have experienced go to the heart of patient safety issues . We recently had an issue of them transcribing the incorrect test into the lab ordering system (instead ran lab tests on older lab orders). In another case the Doctor explained that we needed the results within 4 days and we would be happy to update the order to "stat" order and the Labcorp rep told us this was not necessary and they could easily turn it around. We are now on day 8 and still waiting. We are dealing with results for heart transplant patient which is potentially life threatening. Anyway if you are getting tests that are critical I would avoid Labcorp and go through your PCP or even local hospital. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The front desk was just a train wreck and the tech seemed annoyed that I was asking simple questions about the procedure. A few days later I found out she did not draw enough blood for all the tests, surprise. I only wish I could give this place zero stars. read more

I wish there were a lower score and I wish I had read the yelp reviews before wasting my time with this den of incompetence. I stopped in for simple blood work. One of 3 people waiting. I sat and watched 8 others filter in. Only 2 had appointments and they kept taking people ahead of me. I quietly sat until one other complained and went to the front of the line. I retrieved my paperwork and left. How these places that hire the lowest common denominator stay in business is beyond me. They must hire those who can't make it in fast food. My advice, go to the one in Lawrenceville The staff there is actually professional and efficient. read more

I am truly baffled by these reviews. I had to wait for about 30 minutes to be seen, as is... Well, pretty standard in a walk in medical institution. Actually, it's quite a timely fashion. The woman at the front desk was cheerful, and happy, all around in a positive mood. This was also with a good 10 people coming in while I was waiting, with 4 already there at my arrival. The nurse was friendly, kind, and efficient with the process of my pre-employment drug screen. There was literally nothing negative about my experience, then again, I am also a friendly individual, and respect the fact that they are working themselves, in their professional field, so I treat them as I would want to be treated. Sometimes one must look in the mirror, to see where the real problem lies. Duluth location, would not hesitate to tell anyone to go to Labcorp. read more

Horrible service!!!! I've gone to the LabCorp in Duluth, GA several times since I moved to Duluth in 2010, and every time I leave from there I tell myself that is the last time. The ladies that work there are among the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I had hoped over the years that the owner would have wizened up and gotten rid of his/her bad staff and hired some intellectual and kind hearted individuals; but sadly they did not (and for this reason I nor anyone else in my family will be returning there). Maybe the individuals that work at this LabCorp are under paid, or chastised by their boss constantly, but whatever the case may be; I believe if you get the privilege (& yes, I said it is a privilege to serve your community) to work in the medical field to serve others you should not take that opportunity lightly and be respectful to those you serve. The location on Peachtree Dunwoody seems a bit better than these reviews although the billing is horrible. First visit they didn't even file insurance, second visit denied because the filing had two mistakes made by them. 1 800 number has a long hold time. Wish Atlanta Gastro used another lab. read more

This location is unethical in it's management of billing and the administrative staff have no idea what they are doing. I was asked for my insurance card and credit card when signing in at the front desk. I asked if my debit card would be automatically charged and the woman assured me that I would be invoiced first. Today as I was checking my bank account, I saw a surprise charge for $75.00 from Labcorp. I called the office and they directed me to call their corporate billing department. I did and I was told that the woman gave out the wrong information. First, when they take your credit card and have you sign the form, this means that they will automatically charge you in lieu of sending an invoice. Second, this is completely optional and you don't have to do it. I've gone to this location twice in a month, and both times each receptionist working just asked me and everyone who came in for their insurance and credit cards, and they never correctly explained the billing policy (even when asked) or that this was optional. I will note that the woman I spoke to from corporate billing was very professional did refund the charge and is sending an invoice, and the supervisor of this location will supposedly be informed of what is happening. However, I will not be returning to this location. read more
