The location is tucked away and a little difficult to find at first. When I walked through the doors, Brian greeted me, and I was the only one waiting for lab tests. Brian was pleasant and professional. He explained the process and lead me through every step along the way. The entire process took around 15 minutes. I had a blood draw at this location on 12/8/25 and was informed that the phlebotomist was on her…read morefirst day. Multiple attempts were made, and the first was extremely painful. I expressed that it was hurting, but the phlebotomist decided to wiggle the needle aggressively. I almost passed out and a second attempt was performed without escalation to a more experienced staff member. As of 3/2/26, I am still experiencing pain and functional limitations in my hand and arm that have required ongoing medical care. I have attempted several times, using multiple methods, to inform Labcorp of this issue but have not received any response. I am sharing this to highlight the importance of listening to patient feedback, proper supervision, and escalation protocols for new staff to ensure patient safety.

It pushed me to look for a place offering the same service for a much lower price. The staff is wonderful and I was accommodated immediately when I called. Please take a look at US Medical Imaging for all of your needs and if they can't perform a certain procedure, they will find someone to take care of your needs.
