I had a blood draw at this location on 12/8/25 and was informed that the phlebotomist was on her first day. Multiple attempts were made, and the first was extremely painful. I expressed that it was hurting, but the phlebotomist decided to wiggle the needle aggressively. I almost passed out and a second attempt was performed without escalation to a more experienced staff member. As of 3/2/26, I am still experiencing pain and functional limitations in my hand and arm that have required ongoing medical care. I have attempted several times, using multiple methods, to inform Labcorp of this issue but have not received any response. I am sharing this to highlight the importance of listening to patient feedback, proper supervision, and escalation protocols for new staff to ensure patient safety. read more

They got my drug test mixed up with someone else's and I had to go to a different LabCorp to fix their errors however before going to a different LabCorp, I did go to this location to fix their mess up and they turned me away because the lady had an attitude that I was just there a few days ago. Doesn't anybody see the trend of reviews of all labcores and the metropolitan Atlanta area? All of them are either two or three stars. LabCorp Corp does not care to do anything to remedy it. They hire very lazy, untrained, unpleasant personnel who argue with customers. Most of the facilities, at least the one in duluth, georgia, is filthy. Drove 30 mins to this location from Buckhead (60 mins round trip) due to fact that there are only 2 or 3 LabCorp locations in the area open on Saturday, per doctor's orders. Got there around 11:30, they close at noon. Lights were off and door locked. Upon returning to my car, I happened to spot an employee and she said their "systems were down" so they had to close early. What a complete waste of time and fuel. read more

Today was the second time I've used this location for my yearly blood work. Both times I easily made my appointment online and followed my check in instructions. Once I received my text that they were ready for me I proceeded inside the building, gave my insurance information, and sat to wait for a few minutes. The technician called me back within 5-10 minutes. The blood withdrawal took less than 5 minutes. The receptionist both times was courteous and friendly and the technicians I've had were friendly and professional. They hit my vein in one stick and had the samples quickly. read more

I came in on appointment time at 11:30. the front desk worker immediately told me I have to hurry and check in fast because they were leaving at 12. Supposedly for lunch. I would understand but the fact that she basically yelled at me for my name, what i'm here for, and told me to hurry up left a less than great experience. I booked an appointment online the day before my appointment. I was scheduled for 2:15, to wait in my car and check in at 1:45. I checked in at 1:45, Jamisha called me to the desk and got me set up for my appointment in under a minute. I went to the wrong office completely, and Jamisha was very understanding and patient and still had me seen for my appointment. Not only was she quick and thorough with my bloodwork, she was extremely kind and delightful to talk to. I was out by 2:06 for my 2:15 appointment. Will be back for sure read more

This location is so awful, nobody wants to work or be there at all. When I was in the waiting room there was a woman who was skipped for an hour until she finally said something ( she's nicer than me haha). They have a typed sign on the door that says different than regular hours. They don't perform drug tests an hour before close. It's silly to me because once you finally get back to do the test it takes all of a few minutes. There were three gentlemen that came in to get a drug test at 2:43pm, and she tried to tell them she wasn't going to do it and they need to come back tomorrow. Even LC's sign said the "cut-off" time was four, so after the gentlemen pointed that out, she reluctantly said fine. I was called in shortly after 2:45 PM and she was complaining to me she didn't want to do anymore tests the rest the day. No really? I couldn't tell. So unprofessional, this place is a joke. They know that the majority of people coming in have to get a test done and are told to report there so LC will have work regardless if patrons are happy or not and it shows. read more

My husband and I went to drop off 24 hour urine collection and get labs to start the process for living kidney donation. We arrived on Saturday, 8/31 at around 11 am and used the kiosk to check in. We then followed up with the receptionist. Within 10 minutes we were called back to Tara, who very skillfully drew our labs. I was surprised at the low-level of professionalism at this location. The lady who took care of me would only talk to me about how she didn't want to work at Labcorp, how she hated her job, how it was a waster of time, unorganized, and too stressful. The highest level of indifference for the patient sitting in the room for testing on their HEALTH. A visit to Labcorp isn't a visit to buy a t-shirt, it's for one's health and lab assistants should have the emotional intelligence to AT LEAST wait until the patient leaves from their appointment to discuss their personal issues, especially if it's unsolicited by the patient. Not to mention, the actual execution of drawing of blood was horrendous. I happen to have very plump and apparent veins, and the lab assistant chose draw blood from the center of the bend of the arm and search for the vein with the needle inside the punctured skin. Needless to say it hurt and the whole situation could have been avoided if the protruding vein was used. read more

Most unprofessional lab corp office I've ever visited. Waited over an hour for a scheduled appo to begin, wasn't given any follow up information of when and how to get results, waited three weeks for results even though I was told 2-4 days. Wow! I'm impressed this location has a two star rating. I'm super salty about this place because not only do they seem to close early, but they also have poor security measures. I went in with more than $250 in my bag and left with $250 less. No, I did not get charged for that amount. Someone stole my money from my purse. In the past or at other places, they would lock your purse or personal belongings in a box...this guy told me to leave my purse on top of the counter. Yes, stupid me for being trusting and thinking no one would go inside my bag. Big learning lesson there for naive me. I think it was at that point my money went missing, while I was in the bathroom. I went to the bank afterwards and could not find the money. Not only did I feel violated about someone going through my purse and stealing from me, but feel super frustrated at the site for their lack of professionalism. I tried calling them multiple times and no one followed-up with me. I was planning to come back to talk to the manager and ask for some security footage but had to go oot. Eventually, I just let it go because no one answers their phone there and at this point, it's a lost cause. I don't know how it "used to be" but I just did a "walk in" this morning around 9:30am. There were 2 people ahead of me seated. I was told to check in via the kiosk which took me no more than one minute. About 2 minutes after completing the forms on the kiosk, they called me to the front desk and informed me about my insurance plan, and how I need to present a credit card just in case insurance doesn't cover the charge. This is all proper procedure and I had no issues with that. I kid you not, as I went to sit down after payment, the nurse already called me in the take my blood sample. She was pleasant, and we talked a bit of politics about the Russian invasion of Ukraine and then as she pricked my vein, it was almost painless. She took two tubes of blood all the while keeping my mind occupied with small chit chat. Again a very pleasant experience. I was out of there in about 15 minutes! It does help to pre-register online which I did the day before I went to be sure that all the information is online and up to date. It makes their job much quicker and easier. Again, don't know how it used to be at this office, but I had a very pleasant experience and will be back if I need any more blood drawn. read more

The company that I will be working for Sent me there to have a urine test done. This is the worst establishment I have ever had the misfortune of walking into. The rudeness was thru the roof and every one in the waiting area were complaining about the staff. The lady that supposedly helping me could not even scan my registration number into the computer which means I had to leave without getting my screening done on a Friday and Monday is labor day. They knew answers to questions but played dumb when people tried to get answers about labs and how the billing works. Getting ready to start a new job had to come by here for a quick test to move along the hiring process. Getting there just a few minutes after three found there was only one woman waiting. Check in, show i.d. and wait for your name to be called. The tech was friendly, very chatty and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Suggest making an appointment. The two ladies working today were so professional and nice! I have deep veins and so it's hard to draw blood but they did really well! Been twice, and both times there were numerous "Karens" yelling at them and demanding to be seen, the ladies working handled it with grace and such professionalism when I wouldn't have.
