I was told that I would receive information on orientation and training. Meanwhile, I had consistently followed up with the residential coordinator and initiated communication about the job training because days and weeks had passed with me not hearing a word from him. Then, he responded to me saying, "I will call you and do not worry I have a job for you" which was the last statement I heard from him. Ironically, it's been a MONTH since I was "hired" and have not moved forward in the process. In the beginning, the residential coordinator used to reply to my emails and then suddenly I stopped hearing back from him. I would have appreciated it if he told things had changed and that I wasn't hired instead of not hearing back from him at all. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a company until my encounter with psychotherapeutic services. I would advise people who are applying to work for this company to take my experience into consideration and to not reject other job offers and/or to not accept a position to work here. I find skepticism in providing my personal information and not receiving a job acceptance letter as well as not having contact with the hiring manager once selected for the position. Prior to this matter, I looked forward to working for psychotherapeutic services but this man is a poor representation of the company. It is by far the worst inexcusable behavior from a professional. This has affected me financially and emotionally because I was dependent on that job offer due to many financial obligations.

I picked the wrong day to be sick. The doctors, nurses, technicians, and triage staff were professional and highly pleasant throughout my visit. They were truly apologetic and continued to keep you informed of delays as they arose. The neighboring hospital in Kent County at the Dover site and the Milford site were equally showing delays. This is the place to be when you need efficient care. It is worh the wait.

Came here for a Covid test around Christmas. Phone lines are always busy, so we came for a possible…read moresame day appointment but ended up booking for 2 days later. Small parking lot with about 8 seats inside. Testing area is just a couch and a chair with the tests openly out with timers. Honestly, the person taking out test wasn't protected enough to be swabbing possible positive people, but maybe it's just their protocol. 15 minutes later we were able to pick up our document with our results. 4 stars because it wasn't too daunting of a process to get tested.
