The nurses and doctor were very nice and they all tried to make me laugh. I was in and out in about 45 mins, which left me with plenty of time to go back to work. I always choose to go here instead of Kent General. I am always seen very quickly.

I picked the wrong day to be sick. The doctors, nurses, technicians, and triage staff were professional and highly pleasant throughout my visit. They were truly apologetic and continued to keep you informed of delays as they arose. The neighboring hospital in Kent County at the Dover site and the Milford site were equally showing delays. This is the place to be when you need efficient care. It is worh the wait.

I cannot say enough good things about Jonnise and her mental health practice. The level of care,…read morepatience, and compassion she shows her clients is truly unmatched. You are treated like a person, not just a patient. Jonnise takes her time to truly listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. She creates a safe, supportive, and judgment free environment where you feel heard and understood. It is rare to find a provider who is both highly skilled and genuinely kind, but she is exactly that. If you are looking for a place where your mental health truly matters and you feel supported throughout your journey, I highly recommend her practice.

I have seen Catherine Luko for several years now, and she is truly the best out there. Catherine…read morehas seen me through some of my lowest and highest points in life and offered nothing but genuine and top quality care and treatment. What sets Catherine aside from other providers is her ability to first, take time to listen and learn my whole life. She does not simply just ask about psych/mental health symptoms. She looks at me as a whole and assess from there. She does not talk down, rather, asks you for your input and what you think you need to be successful. Speaking with her is informal and a conversation, rather than feeling like you are being told what to do/ or uncomfortable to speak up or share openly. She has a way of making you feel extremely comfortable and open. This is not just a 3 minute video chat, as I have experienced in past providers. She takes her time to get to know you. I cannot tell you how many times she has sent me resources, homeopathic remedies, and other types of support following our meetings. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure I have what I need. Additionally, if she does not know the exact answer, she will research and get back to you quickly. I wholeheartedly know that Catherine will see you as the person you are, and will make your progress and success her main priority. She offers in-person, and telehealth options. Meeting with Catherine is not a routine, but almost like seeing a family member {that you want to see}. I have followed Catherine from a previous practice and the transition to Psych Alchemy was seamless. Everything is done via a very simple and practical app, which makes things very user friendly and simple. I would say getting everything set up took about 10-15 minutes.

I was told that I would receive information on orientation and training. Meanwhile, I had consistently followed up with the residential coordinator and initiated communication about the job training because days and weeks had passed with me not hearing a word from him. Then, he responded to me saying, "I will call you and do not worry I have a job for you" which was the last statement I heard from him. Ironically, it's been a MONTH since I was "hired" and have not moved forward in the process. In the beginning, the residential coordinator used to reply to my emails and then suddenly I stopped hearing back from him. I would have appreciated it if he told things had changed and that I wasn't hired instead of not hearing back from him at all. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a company until my encounter with psychotherapeutic services. I would advise people who are applying to work for this company to take my experience into consideration and to not reject other job offers and/or to not accept a position to work here. I find skepticism in providing my personal information and not receiving a job acceptance letter as well as not having contact with the hiring manager once selected for the position. Prior to this matter, I looked forward to working for psychotherapeutic services but this man is a poor representation of the company. It is by far the worst inexcusable behavior from a professional. This has affected me financially and emotionally because I was dependent on that job offer due to many financial obligations.
