Had a urine done for drug compliance. Typically for pain management you fill out a sheet with the medications you are on and sign a label that goes on the specimen jar. None of that was done. I was given the cup and told to leave it on the shelf where there were several others. Anything could have been switched or mislabeled. My results came Back showing nothing I was taking and multiple things I have never taken along with being positive for a med that I am allergic to. I have done 9 years of urine testing, never had any problems, however all those were done in the doctors office. The Milford DE office was full of patients and the workers seemed very overwhelmed. I am not at all surprised to have my test results come back Wrong. This has caused me considerable trouble, worry and stress. If anyone took 5 minutes to look at my past results they would easily see this was incorrect. When I called to have this expunged from my records I was told the Dr has to call, you know, because they don't have enough to do. Labcorp in general is a terrible company. A couple years ago I kept getting a bill of $150. The reason was the code was wrong, my bill should have been $0. After calling many times and my doctors calling many times to correct the wrong code that was put in, Labcorp never fixed it on their end. They eventually sent it to collections and when I couldn't take calling one more time I gave up and paid the bill. After that giant hassle I expect to have the same issue when trying to get the wrong test results expunged from my records. Having these results can cause me serious life altering damage along with the poor person that got my results. Why is there no help for the patient when mistakes happen??? read more

Don't even worry about early check-in making an appointment online. They're so backed up. Could be short staffed. They changed their location recently to a smaller location with tight parking. The location change came as a surprise to everyone that scheduled an appointment. read more

Went in for a urine and the tech had the window open in 30 degree weather. She also stated that they have been having issues with their urine collection cups. She stated that they were not reading the temperature correctly. I had to provide urine twice only for them to tell me that the cup wasn't reading the temp. I filed a complaint against them. Labcore was also being sued for billing patients and submitting for test that they did not need. PATIENT BEWARE. They are not pleasant either look super miserable in there. They are also chatting and not paying attention to patients. Your care is unacceptable. I will not use Labcore again. read more

I have had lab work performed at this particular Labcorp before and I was satisfied then and I am more than satisfied now. They have a new routine of checking in for your appointment which is fantastic. You place your driver's license on the reader and the information shows up on the reader. You do not have any human interaction at all. When you are about to be called a text is sent to you. I did my lab test, blood test and I was out of Labcorp in 35 minutes. Wow, I can not believe how I was treated at the LabCorp located on State Street, Dover, DE! I am so mad and want to use all kinds of expletives right now! (deep breath) To start off with every time I go to this location (nearest my house) I get someone different and they have NO clue how to draw someone's blood. They hurt me near every time, so much that I get apprehensive to go. So, I managed to get the names of the two girls that DO know how to draw blood without hurting you and pleasantly found out that certain phlebotomist can be requested. Nice! Well, it's that time again. My doctor wants more of my blood. Well, LabCorp changed their hours so the earliest I could make it was today, Sat. Feb. 5, 2022. Got there early so I can get it over with, went up to the desk and immediately the girl says, "you need to check in at the Kiosk and then take a seat". Very rudely I might add. I replied, "I am trying to find" and then was RUDELY interrupted by her even more nastily repeated what she had stated before. I tried to explain and she retorted, "Can't you see I'm with a patient right now if you would take a seat I'll answer your question when I'm done." I replied, okay, that's all you needed to say, so I took at seat. When she called me up she then acted like she couldn't hear me. Of course, after all that ta do, the two techs weren't even working today. UGH. They're probably no longer there. read more

When I need bloodwork I'm always lucky to have phlebotomist Stacy Coleman #168838 take my blood...I don't know how she does it, seems like magic...I have never once had pain and to be honest ever felt the needle enter, she's the best! I had the worst experience at this location. Could not understand what was being asked and so asked for clarification. This annoyed the worker. My lab results were conveniently lost. I went to a other site to have the test again. Often people getting lab work are not well. As an employee in healthcare it's important to realize this. Also there are many unseen illnesses that make it difficult to understand instructions. read more

My last experience was horrendous.... I am not a Christian and when the girl who was taking my blood found out, she JABBED my arm with the needle causing pain and when she was gone just walked out of the room. I had a horrible bruise that lasted for about a week. Going to be going to Eden Hill Monday, no repeat of last time for me. read more

Make an appointment or you'll be waiting for a really long time. Even with an appointment my wait was 40 minutes.

Takes forever to get in and half the time they are always chatting instead of moving things along.

I went to this location because it is convenient to where I work. I made an appointment for 7:15 a.m. On the sign-in sheet, there is a column to check if you have an appointment, or if you are Walk-In. FYI, the staff doesn't pay any attention to this, they just take you in order of arrival. So making an appointment is POINTLESS. The tech I had was not friendly, but that's okay. Her draw skills were severely lacking. She could not find a vein in either arm or in one of my hands. She blamed this on me for not "drinking water" before I came to get my blood drawn. I could tell from the lack of any blood drops that she wasn't even near my veins when she stuck me. And it's not pleasant at all to have them rolling the needle and poking it around once it's in your body--SERIOUSLY?? I suggested maybe a different tech could try, but instead she stuck me in a different room and had me drink water. 10 minutes later she came back and said her co-worker was going to try. Then they went on to 3 other folks waiting. I finally gave up and didn't get my bloodwork done. I had been there an hour and had to get to work. INCOMPETENT. I will go to a different location next time. read more

The people here are friendly however every time I have blood work here I bruise badly.

Do not go! Staff is very unfriendly. There was a rude lady with a childish small pink bow in her hair that did not make eye contact when she called my name to the front desk, as if she was too good, and was just rude. Staff seemed to just be sitting around, talking, not being very attentive. Facility is not kept up, looks run down and gross. No telling what kinda germs are lurking around. I used to go to the local labcorp on south state street. Around Christmas time, I had blood workdone and it was a bad experience. The technician was rude. During the process the nurse was getting inpatient as always. I don't know what she did to my arm but the needle pain lasted for 5 days and ruined my Christmas. Go to the labcorp at eden hill, they take surveys about their services and are considerate technicians. Most of all I could barely feel the needle. read more
