I'm happy to report my experience was top notch. I walked in without an appointment, check in was via kiosk and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and efficient that was and within minutes I was called back. I was greeted twice on my way back; my gal checked all info, gave me an arm choice, and was done with everything within 6-8 minutes. After 30+ years of regular blood draws for autoimmune/ allergies/ deficiencies this draw was straight up painless! Very kind and quick. This place is a joke. I signed in as instructed on the paper on the wall. I waited and waited. A guy walked in and yells back to them and hands his order to them. The waiting room fills up with people and then finally a rude tech calls the gentleman back first and I said I had been there first and had been signed in for over 30 mins. She all she k owes is the order her manager gave her. I would recommend driving to the Conroe location where at least the order your sign in is acknowledged and the people are kind and not rude and offsetting! read more

Wow they have some miserable people working here. 1 star reviews are on point. Like the last reviewer, I had the same experience today 6/18. Cool, they give you a qr code but it serves zero purpose. Came early for my appointment but I knew soon as the employee walked out and mumbled from the desk "what's your registration number" I had to look around to see if she was talking to me. Zero customer service skills. Acted like she was miserable as I had to pry info out of her trying to figure out what else she needed. Apparently I had to get on some website so I could pay. I would have happily done this had I known a head of time. My phone didn't work in the building which was a sign to that it was time to leave and never go back. In health care first impressions mean a lot. Won't ever go back to lapcorp when I quest is filled with kind and joyful employees. My concerns and complaints match the previous reviewers. I am also saddened that this is the face of healthcare for some people. Lapcorp you need to teach some customer services skills! Rude bitches don't belong in healthcare. Wow, the one star reviews on this place were accurate! Just went. Appointment I took time to schedule beforehand didn't matter, it didn't get me in any quicker. When I did get called back, she asked me who my doctor was, I told her and she currently said, "I don't see anything here." I said I sent the orders via email, to the one that was posted upfront and she, word-for-word, " oh, well you could have told me that ahead of time!". It was said in a really rude, curt manner. Email never sent, and I just walked out. I refused to give that place my business. This was Friday, 6.18.26, so if corporate sees this, they know who it was that was working there. I will be going to Quest from here on out for all my blood work needs. read more

This place is the worst! My 87 year old father had to come here for lab work. While the lab work was being done, we questioned the lack of blood vials and were told, this is a big vial. At least train your techs when the patient asks to re look at the orders. Had to take my dad back for more blood work--someplace else--- and they took 6 vials! Someone did not read the orders!!! read more

The staff is very rude. They sit back there, laughing joking while patients are in the front waiting to be called for services .Made an appointment. I waited out there. No one called me back. They called patients back that had signed in after me, never explained anything Very rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone you would be disappointed in the service. everything wrong with the medical system in america. clearly people who went through a base level certificate course. i was cut off by reception, not even two words got out. she had her face smudged into her hand and looked absolutely miserable. the blood draw was even worse, she was not gentle at all and i have had a LOT of IV's, definitely top 3 worst. she told me after i started taking deep breaths to breathe the other direction because i was blowing air on her. she then yanked the needle back out and tied the medical tape so tight i couldnt keep it on for more than 10 minutes. very disappointing : / read more

This is for Labcorp 129 Vision Park Blvd Suite 113 Conroe TX 77384 I made an appointment at this location for my son because my favorite physician is located in this building. The wait wasn't bad but what an unbelievably rude phlebotomist we had, Julie was the name on the wall. I greeted her with a warm smile and a hello, she ignored me and looked at me like I was annoying her. She took care of the necessary paperwork like a robot then grabbed my sons arm, who was scared by the way, and after putting the blue band around his arm just stuck him. She did not tell him what she would be doing nor did she ask him if he was feeling okay. As we left, I told her thank you and have a nice day...again she just looked at me like I was dumb. I'm sorry this woman hates her job, I'm sorry this woman is not a happy person but as patients, being sent there for what could be scary, painful testing or lab work, we deserve to be treated with kindness, respect and compassion. I am a survivor of pancreatic and lung cancer, I had a kidney transplant a couple of years ago, I have had lab work done more times than I can ever count but never ever have I had a horrible experience like this one with a phlebotomist and dealing with my child at that. Not to mention, the very loud rap music blaring through the lab, I couldn't even hear myself think. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Not only will we never go to this location again but I will tell every person and doctor I have a relationship with about this experience and I know many! Obviously it doesn't matter to these people after reading all the terrible reviews but it sure makes me feel better getting it off my chest and I will feel better complaining to corporate as well! The wait is way to long. They don't have enough chairs. The lady at the front desk is the rudest person ever. I don't know how they can have such a rude Customer Service Representative as the first person you see when you walk in that's so rude to people. I will never use LabCorp again. She calls people names out and violates HIPAA violations. She needs a refresher in what it really means. Way too many people for one person. She is not helpful! There isn't any hand sanitizer anywhere in the room. People are coughing and sick passing along whatever they have to those of us that are having routine blood draws. My advice go somewhere else. Advice to LabCorp train your person that sits at the desk to be nice and HIPPA. Rudest person ever! read more

This facility lost my bloodwork! What's worse... they tried telling my doctor that I never actually had my blood drawn!! I told them to check my insurance AND cameras to prove I was at this facility!!! This place needs to be shut down!!! read more

I was sent there by a doctor in the same building to get some blood work done. She drew my blood and told me that I had a lactose test ordered which meant I needed to drink this cold medicine drink then wait for 2.5 hours to get my blood drawn every 30 minutes. After omg drinking it I waited 50 minutes and no one got me to draw my blood, and when she did get me she told me that I had to come back and do it all over another time because she missed the 30 minute mark, but they wouldn't charge me. I LIVE 2HOURS AWAY. Never using labcorp again. read more

This is a frustrating facility as they require you to check in on a kiosk. Unfortunately the kiosks never seem to be working at any of the times my husband and I have been there and the office personnel are slow to offer any help. There is only 1 restroom in which to give a urine specimen and the wait can be long. The floor in the restroom was wiped up with a paper towel after someone had spilled urine in several spots. It needed to be disinfected but that never happened. We will be choosing a different facility and urging our doctor to refer us elsewhere. read more

Worst customer service and very Unfriendly. People at front desk are the worst I have seen and lived as customer service and being friendly. My wife did warn me they were very bad.
