Kiosk makes checking in quick & easy, 07.25.2019.

How does getting blood drawn yield a 5 star rating? When your Phlebotomist is named Ms. Venita who's spirit, energy & patient care is top notch. The Express Check In Kiosks made registering/checking in a breeze. I was called up a few minutes later to present my ID cards. Another few minutes & the ray of sunshine Ms. Venita called me with a "Please Ms. L., come on back", to one of the many lab stations to draw my blood...30 seconds or less I was done. From the lobby, to the lab stations & Restrooms, everything is bright, organized & well maintained. I always appreciate individuals in the medical field who truly enjoys their job, it makes receiving medical care much easier & bearable. Such a wonderful interaction with Ms. Venita, bless you Ms. V., we need more of you.

Basement location is creepy. The lobby directory say suite 44, but the main floor is suite 100 series. It should say LL since that matches the elevator directory. One week after getting blood drawn, my picture says it all.

This is when you get Clarence.

Always such a long wait here appointment or not. Poor communication of wait times. Poor attentiveness. They need more techs and some hustle.

Legally speaking, I will own my body, well actually God owns my body, but I will have my body longer than any other possession I have. I take the best care of my health that I can. I am very tough on healthcare providers. Rightfully so. Because I am the first to complain it is vital to me to be the first to compliment. My last LabCorp visit went off without a hitch. I was very surprised. I was very impressed. And I hope that it happens again in the future. None of us like going to any kind of healthcare facility or using any kind of healthcare service. This time, LabCorp bang edthe ball out of the park. I give them all the credit of the world for that. Well, done team well done.

They offer appointment times, but really it is first come, first served. When they drew my blood I knew that what they drew was insufficient due to having it drawn many times before. They insisted that they got all they needed despite my protests. The results did not reflect the lab requests asked for my my PCP and thus she couldn't use them. It was a wasted lab visit and doctor's appointment. I have a busy schedule and don't have time for this. Lab Corp has many more offices close by. Do NOT go to this site.

As a registered nurse, I'm…read morea harsh critic, and I can personally attest to Bill's in-home phlebotomy skills and expertise. He is punctual, kind, communicative, and efficient. Over the years, he has drawn complex, highly specialized labs for me, and each time I've had full confidence that it was drawn accurately. The lab results have validated that each time. Finally, I have such peace of mind knowing that Bill will ship my labs each time, ensuring proper temperature control, adequate documentation, and protective equipment in place.I

He wears an N95 mask, and the overall experience has always been smooth. He was also very understanding about the fact that my health conditions can flare unpredictably, which meant I occasionally needed to reschedule at the last minute. He was usually quick to respond to texts or emails about scheduling. My last blood draw with Bill was in September 2025. Labcorp said that frozen plasma samples for two tests in the large order were missing, so I emailed and then texted Bill to see if he could confirm drop-off or whether they just needed to be redrawn. I honestly assumed it was a Labcorp error. After two weeks, he let me know he was out of the country for a few months without reliable cell coverage. I gave him grace because I know he is in high demand and the circumstances were extenuating. I had the blood redrawn by another phlebotomist and planned to continue booking with Bill once he returned. Since then, I have tried to book new blood draws via text, phone, or email, but Bill has not responded. Google reviews indicate that he has completed recent appointments and responded quickly to schedule, so it doesn't seem like he's still out of the country. For homebound patients like myself who rely on mobile phlebotomy for care, this lack of predictability can be challenging. It would be really helpful to have clearer communication about his availability -- for example, an out-of-office email auto-reply, an updated voicemail greeting, or a note on his website indicating whether he is currently accepting appointments and the best way to reach him. Overall, Bill provides 5-star high-quality care when reachable---- the only limitation has been the difficulty reaching him and uncertainty about availability. I've been trying to book with him again and would really like to continue working with him if he sees this! I hope he is able to reconnect.

The young lady who took the blood was downright rude. I was having my blood drawn there because, another Quest location lost the results of a previous blood draw and then did not tell me that the results were lost. From the previous blood draw I had tests ordered by two doctors. Only the test results ordered by one doctor were reported. I had to go get a second blood draw. The young woman at this location became very upset when they did not have the order. She said: "We close soon." That was the appointment they made for me. I showed them the order on my IPhone. She threw a hissy fit. She did eventually do the blood draw. Quest only has one real competitor LabCorps and they are awful too. I had blood taken for this doctor, who really is very good; and the doctor wanted my Vitamin D Level checked. Insurance did not want to pay for it. My mother paid out of pocket. My care coordinator told me either the phlebotomist or the doctor could call and appeal. We were to be reimbursed. I tried contacting Quest and never heard back. Many people in the medical community see the respect doctors get and think: "Why am I not as good?" The answer is simple: "Because you haven't earned it." Quest does not have enough competitors. All these people are awful.

I returned a call this morning at 10:09 AM after being told my insurance had denied my claim. When I spoke with the front desk staff, she insisted--incorrectly--that my primary insurance (NALC) was not approved, even though NALC is simply the group name for federal employees and the insurance is administered through Cigna. I tried to explain this, but she repeatedly talked over me, became hostile, and refused to even read the policy numbers back to me. She eventually transferred me to a supervisor, who immediately confirmed what I had been saying all along: the Cigna policy starting with N is my primary, and the one starting with U is secondary. Instead of apologizing for the confusion or the rude behavior from the first representative, the supervisor told me I was "wrong" and suggested I "go somewhere else." So I did. No patient should be treated disrespectfully for trying to clarify their own insurance, especially when the staff is the one misunderstanding it. The lack of professionalism, the refusal to listen, and the dismissive attitude from both the staff member and supervisor were unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I recommend other patients be prepared for poor customer service and inaccurate insurance handling.
