I believe this is my first time at this location, of course crowded and long wait nothing I didn't expect. I signed in on the kiosk we were called to the front desk right away where I was greeted by the most rudest front desk woman who right away was sending me away because they didn't take the insurance I provided I said hang on do you take this insurance and she snapped at me where's your order I said it was sent in where she proceeded to lecture me on how they do not just look up orders that I need to tell them, first off I had not even got to the point where I knew if they accepted the insurance I just handed her I replied with well since I guess you take this insurance you now know the order was sent in. She said we will print it and said next to the next person. Unbelievable literally just opened the doors and I think I was 2nd person she called and already in a foul mood she should have called in and spared the patients her nasty attitude. I will say the woman who drew my sons blood was very friendly and nice and my review has nothing to do with her just the horrible service in the front. If you're in the medical field you should have some sort of compassion and care for your patients not everyone here is routine labs and some have medical conditions that really don't need to add extra bs from staff who don't know how to act. read more

I'm giving this lab 1 star only because there"s no option for zero stars. After using Theranos labs conveniently located in Walgreens for over a year, with courteous staff, quick an easy walk-ins, I quickly realized how bad Labcorp is! I scheduled my appointment online. Made it to my appointment on time, and I was greeted by very rude staff, and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen! This is unacceptable. My experience with Quest/Sonora labs have been the same. Understaffed, rude, and long wait time. Completely unaccetable. I sure hope Theranos makes it back. read more

Yuck! Can I give less than 1 star? How are medical facilities allowed to be this unkempt? Labs are generally a busy place and there weren't enough chairs to allow the patients to air while they waited. My son and I stood. I don't mind sitting on floors (I'm a teacher and I do it daily) but the gray carpet was extremely dirty and stained. I didn't want to leave having to come back to get tested for diseases we picked up while sitting on their floor! I made an appointment online to minimize wait time. The appointment was at 9:15am. We arrived at 9am and signed in a little just after that making sure to mark the column stating we had an appointment. At 9:20 I was called back to the window to hand over the lab orders. I was frustrated because I was having to entertain an active 2 year old while standing. When I asked when we'd get called back, the nurse/clerk aid 15-20 minutes! What!?! I explained I had an appointment and would rather bring my business elsewhere. He acted bothered by the fact I didn't tell him! What's the point of the column on the sign in then? Once we were called back, I told the nurse my son was autistic and I needed a little time to prep him. She was fine with it because it gave her time to prep the equipment for the draw. My son had to get his lead levels checked so it required the nurse to ask his ethnicity for government reporting. I told her black. She clearly didn't agree with me and said "Well, I'll just mark other because he looks of mixed race". I told her again he was black. She said "I think he's an other so I'm making an other". I should have left. I just wanted the blood drawn. Don't go here. I'll never return. read more

I read reviews before coming here and was skeptical about coming since there was so much negativity being said! I went in twice and the woman in the front desk gave me the information I needed. I left my debit card and she went out of her way to return it to me. She was kind and made everything so easy. I don't recall her name but last name was Johnson. I will be coming here again if needed it's super close to my house so I'm glad my experience wasn't bad! read more

I have a 3 hour glucose, and I got here there's a huge line. I asked if I can get started on the juice since I'm gona be here for 3 hours. They said nope. N they got the nerve to say I still have time. Time for what? I been fasting for hours and still until whatever time until I actually finished. More than 3 hours I'm gona be here. My dad recommended this location. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The longest stint of the appointment was providing insurance, payment, and prescription for the blood draw. I think the wait time has something to do with the time I arrived - early morning. My dad typically goes at 7 am when the lab first opens and is home by 7:30 am. Apparently I had a tab, the guy was nice about it and I paid it. Overall friendly staff. The downside is as I was walking out there was a urine sample sitting on a cart by the lobby door. I would think that there is a special place for samples to be kept. No concerns outside of that since I didn't have to use the rest room.. read more

My appointment was for 9:30 am. I arrived at 9am. I wasn't called until 9:30 am to hand over my paperwork. I had to wait another 15 minutes. I was asked which arm I prefer and I told her that they usually go for my right hand . She brushed it off and said my veins were to small in that area. So she decided to go into my left arm and was not able to get any blood. She proceeded to go back to the hand I told her about and was able to get blood. I was very frustrated as to why she didn't listen to me in the first place. I will definitely be going to a different Labcorp read more

Omg! Totally the worst location to go to. The weight was ridiculously long and the staff was not all that friendly. I had no choice to wait which was 2 1/2 hrs and I got there 15 mins b4 they opened. If I could give this zero stars I would super rude service! How are they still even working here? After all the negative reviews I just seen, This is suppose to be a costumer service medical lab yet they lack the requirements of there position! This place is by far the worst Lab Corp I have ever gone to. We arrived at 6:30am and had quite a line already when it opened at 7:00 everyone was respectful and waited their turn. The chick at the counter looked like she was having a nervous breakdown and was dazed and confused. After finally getting all info into the computer system, it still took 1 1/2 hours to be seen because they only had 1 person drawing blood..are you kidding me??. Once I got in the dude was quick and professional. We had been there once before and was so bad we just left. This location is the closest to our home so that's why we choose this one. We will be looking for a new place to use from now on. read more

I know how these places get super busy soooo.... I set an appointment for 9am, 5 days in advance. I showed up at 8:50 and checked in at the kiosk. There were people standing out in the hall because there was no place to sit or stand inside. No worries right? I have a 9 am appointment and most are walk-ins. I waited patiently until 10 am. Talked to them, (they seem like they hate their job), they told me they were still working on the 8:30 appointments. They did not get me in until 10:35. Tech did a ok job with blood draw. I can tell you that waiting over an hour and a half past the appointment time is a first. read more

Horrible customer service and staff is unprofessional, sometimes downright rude. I always make appointments because I know they will be busy and I don't want to wait. But during my short visits I hear enough to make me want to switch labs. Unfortunately it is the closest one with Saturday appointments. There is a dinginess to the entire area from waiting room to lab rooms. My main complaint though is the staff. Unprofessional and dismissive. read more

Customer service rep at front desk very rude and condescending and seems like she hates her job. Last I checked, one of the main task for a receptionist is to attend to customers and be courteous. Please re train her and or hire a new person I know someone looking for a job right now it cant be a hard position to fill. Terrible experience had a appointment and was passed up . Sat for a hour past appointment . Receptionist stated oops we missed you there is not enough parking spots for this building so expect to park somewhere else and walk to location . There are at least 35 parking spots empty in back but have reserved with towing treats posted . Do yourself a do or and drive to Goodyear location read more

This place is always packed full of people waiting for lab work. The room is so full that there's no where to sit. There's usually a line all the way out the door, and people sitting on the floor outside the room as well. Especially in the mornings. If you are able to get an appointment online, you still have to wait. I wouldn't recommend going to this one. read more

I can not find the Labcorp for the 102nd Ave & Indian school Rd. Location but this place is so filthy! I had to take a urine test and seems as if the restrooms hardly get any attention! I wish I had read the previous reviews before going to this place. The one-word description that captures this place is "grim". A white, stark waiting room, with no effort at all to make it pleasant. The receptionist was cold, blank, indifferent, not welcoming at all. No greeting. She and the woman to her left had an argument over some book they couldn't find. The sign-in sheet had about 20 names before mine, but only one had "appointment" checked.....plus mine. When my name was called, the woman barely opened the door and did not even bother to look in the room to see if there was a response. On the positive side, I had set up the appointment on the internet, so they had all the information when I arrived. I was called only a few minutes after my scheduled appointment, and the young man who took the blood sample was quick and efficient. The computer part of LabCorp worked; the human side didn't. The Corporate office should certainly visit this place and make improvements. When I left, the same people were still waiting in that stark room, not knowing when they might ever be seen. I will never return and will steer other people away from this place. read more

This is the most unprofessional lab I have ever seen. Staff complaining about other staffs work ethic in front of patients. Three people at the desk waited 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. there was one for woman in front of me who comes here every month Who was very elderly. They could not find her records. They could not find her orders. They asked her a question after question while she stood there with her oxygen tank. Just sad I will never come here again read more

An excellent experience from beginning to end. I was able to make an appointment for the next day at 9:15, I was pleasantly surprised I could get in so quickly. The two ladies at the front desk were efficient and professional to everyone. The lady who drew my blood was very nice and great at her job! I was at LabCorp today at 3;45 without an appointment. Walked right in, only one there, registered on the computer, did my lab tests and was out within 10-15 min. Sylvia took my paperwork, checked my registration and did my blood work! She was very friendly and did a great job finding the vein! I even mentioned the bad reviews to her. Seeing all the negative reviews I was scared to go here for my daughter's blood draw. The first time I came here I walked in and was met by a very rude lady who told me to just have a seat. I waited 20 minutes and finally left. I then went on to their website and scheduled an appointment for the middle of the day. They weren't super busy like the previous time and were able to get us in with 10-15 minutes waiting. We had Lexi draw our daughter's blood. She was very sweet and took her time to find a great vein and was super quick to draw blood. Overall we had a great experience the second time around. I'd recommend making an appointment on their website and asking for Lexi! read more

This place is a joke. Its not the lab techs that are slow its the front desk. 3 hrs later simple blood work was done. Thats not acceptable. Front desk staff is very rude will not answer your questions. If the front desk staff would get their crap together, it would help. Way too many people waiting hours to be seen. Zero stars!!!!! So here we are again. I said I would never come to this location and unfortunately I had to because it was the most convenient. I find myself in complete disappointment on how rude the employees could be here. There is about 20 of us standing out in the hall just before 7. When 7 hit a man comes and barley opens the door to grab the sign in clipboard and shuts it. I don't understand how he could not open the door and hold it for us or atleast prop it open or hell even say good morning you may now come in and have a seat and walk in. This is a by far one of the worst places to have blood work done. The front office staff is extremely rude they want you to use the self check in screens and if you have any questions they turn you down. I went today and saw an elderly couple had a lot of trouble checking in and when they ask for help they told them to manually do it at the check in kiosk and not even offer them to help out. I do not recommend anyone to go here extremely rude staff not to mentioned that I waited 2:30 hrs to be seen. read more

Arrived right when they opened, at 7AM. They have an electronic check-in system that no one knows how to use, so while several people sit behind the desk, the patients/customers struggle to check in. The front desk staff is rude and they seem to not get along. There is a sign at the check in station that states, "If you checked in and have waited more than 30 minutes, proceed to the window." After waiting over 30 minutes I did so only to rudely be told, "That's just for appointments!" Thank goodness we don't have to do this very often. I feel bad for those that do. read more

This facility has terrible customer service rude receptionist and office work . Every time I called into the facility to inquire if they received a work up for blood work through their fax system we always hang up on you and you never get through to anybody live .
