Although I know they have a hard time staffing their facilities, this is NO reason to go to the lowest of lows, dumbest of dumb. My only wish is that I'd gotten her name. They did not do all the…read moretests our doctor wanted, they took the blood and all like before, but then the results show they did not do all the tests, they said they sent recollection information, never told us about it, our doctor did, then they said they would send the recollection forms to the location we always go to here, but the lady pam never had any evidence of it. She was flustered, hurt us when taking more blood, we had to use new forms, they never made it right and made these two huge errors, yet they charged our insurance and now we have to pay more copays because of their two errors. This insurance company has gotten really bad now. We have lost confidence in them, so we may need to use a different company in the future. They should not charge our insurance again, not should we have to pay more copays because of their errors. I am not sure what is wrong with Labcorp now, but even the lady that wrote us from the headquarters never wrote back to take care of all these problems. Praying you all have a better experience, they really messed up with us, my spouse and I twice now in one month. They made the same errors twice with both of us. It seemed she was purposely working slowly to exasperate the already frustrating situation. I have found unsatisfactory service by Labcorp at an other location. Just inferior service. It makes one wonder about the accuracy of their testing. I am looking for an alternative!

She repeatedly told me that I "did not exist" in the system. Eventually, my doctor's office had to call and spell my name letter by letter over the phone. Only then was I finally found in the system. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the technician blamed me and said it was my fault for "saying my name wrong." That is completely unacceptable. I provided my valid ID, and it is not the patient's responsibility to troubleshoot your system. What made the situation worse is that after all of this, she refused to perform my lab work and told me she would not take me today - after wasting 40 minutes of my time. This felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I left and went to another Quest location, where I was immediately found in the system and treated properly without any issues. Based on my experience and the number of similar negative reviews, it's clear this location has serious issues with staff professionalism, customer service, and basic patient handling. I strongly recommend management review staff training and behavior at this location. Patients deserve respect and basic competence.
