Yesterday, I called the office and received no answer. When I called back, I was informed there had…read morebeen no appointments available since 3 PM. When I attempted to schedule for the following day, I was told that there wasn't even a chart available to make an appointment for me. upon arriving, I was told to walk to another window, only to be informed by a staff member that no more walk-in appointments were being taken. After going back and forth with her, another staff member joined the conversation. Rather than resolving the issue, this individual escalated the situation with unhelpful comments and an unprofessional demeanor. Eventually, I was asked to provide all of my information to have an appointment scheduled for the next day. However, the staff member doing so displayed an attitude throughout the process, which was both unnecessary and discourteous. All of this took place while approximately 30 other individuals were waiting to be assisted--a clear sign of inefficiency and disregard for patient care. It is unacceptable for a facility serving this community to exhibit such unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I was simply trying to take care of myself, and instead, I encountered resistance, inefficiency, and disrespect. I will never return to this facility, and I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately. The audacity to treat members of this community in such a manner is disgraceful, and if this level of service continues, your presence here is not welcome. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE KNIGHTDALE!

They take very good care of their patients. Getting to know them and asking lots of questions (which they should). They also listen to what I have to say and take it into consideration.
