Most disappointingly, once the issue was finally resolved, the phlebotomist gave me a detailed lecture about how I was wrong instead of just moving forward with the blood draw. I appreciate my past positive experiences here, but today's broken support system and unprofessional lecturing were unacceptable.

With the original cardiologist I do not think this would have been found in a timely manner.

There was some overlap on these tests and the technician Angelique was very attentive in making sure I was ordering the correct test without wasting my money. Once we figured it out, she drew blood and I was out. Overall, fair pricing, clean, professional service. This will be my go to facility for regular updates for my health monitoring.

Appointments are prioritized, but at lunch on a Wednesday, there was only one other customer, so at least in my experience, you can just walk in.

I sent an email to them, but I have not heard back from them. They were pretty eager to collect my $608 for the test kit which I sent. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the packaging of a test kit I recently received. The outside of the box prominently displayed an image of the digestive tract along with large wording indicating that it was a stool/fecal sample kit. This is a significant privacy concern. I live in a large multi-unit residential community where packages are handled and seen by neighbors, front desk staff, delivery personnel, and others. The exterior of the package immediately revealed personal medical information that should have remained confidential. Medical testing is a private matter, and I believe your company should use discreet, unbranded packaging that does not disclose the nature of the test. Many healthcare companies successfully ship sensitive medical products in plain packaging, and I would expect the same standard for a stool test. I hope you will seriously reconsider your packaging practices to better protect your customers' privacy and dignity. As it stands, I would be very reluctant to order from your company again because this experience was both embarrassing and unnecessary. Thank you for taking this feedback seriously. I would appreciate knowing whether you have plans to change your packaging policy in the future.

This company has highly unethical billing practices where they collect money from your insurance…read moreplus bill you a total cash price of $453 and any "add ons" for GI testing, which are often not disclosed to the patient. You can easily spend $850 for a testing that you are told will not exceed $453. Such billing practices only benefit the company and take advantage of the patient. After multiple calls they did not make any accommodations and blamed the provider for ordering a GI test. At the end the customer/patient is at a loss. Such an unfortunate and unethical way to treat customer in already challenging medical and economic environment.
