Since I made the choice to go natural without committing to the big chop, my hair has been difficult to manage. I have been trying to find various protective styles and decided to give wigs a try. A coworker recommended the wig paradise and I was not disappointed. They help you select wigs (if you need help) then they help fit the wigs on you. Once you select and purchase your wig they cut and style it for free (Tips are accepted). The wig I loved the most, in the color I wanted, was sold out. I was able to find another in a perfect color and they were able to cut it and trim the bangs to frame my face perfectly. Wearing wigs still have me feeling out of my element but having one gives me more flexibility. Now I am wanting to go back and get a shorter one that I can wear in the summer months.

Please never confuse my kindness for weakness or judge me at all. The fact is that you can get human hair wigs already styled and cut for a fraction of their cost. I realize that this place has been around for decades and when you're upset and needing a wig for health reason that price is no object but now days you can order better wigs and try them on at home than the ones you don't like or don't want you can ship them back plus if they need styling you can go to the hair schools and have students under a licensed stylist/teacher take care of you without the hassle sometimes for free as they may trade a grade for services. Don't let these people scam you into believing they are better than other places because they have been lying and overpricing on patience hurting and confused for years. I'm very disappointed in the way I was "tricked" in giving information they only cared about so they could give me a price that is 6x the price of a wig online that is human hair plus some already styled and a topper for $1600 is absolutely ludicrous! Think car salesman from the 80s when you walk in and ensure you shop around before you give your hard earned money to this place. I went in as a scared, insecure lady and they did exactly as I thought and overcharged me and priced gouged me so they got to keep their wigs and I found six for half the price and all human hair. I only need to have two of them styled a bit more to my liking. I'll have six looks that just make it look like I styled my hair different each day and one weekend fun beachy casual look. There are three wig shops in the Wynnewood Shopping Center. I've been to all of them, and found…read morethis shop to be the friendliest by far and with a great selection, especially of lace-front wigs. If you're not familiar with the process: you need a wig cap to try on wigs. If you don't have one you can buy one at the register for $1. Find a style you like then ask someone for help and they will see if there are other shades it comes in and help you try it on. Now if you love your wig, but its a little too long or needs bangs, no problem. After you buy the wig, you go over to the styling area. If its a busy weekend you may have to wait a while, but the ladies will style the wig for free (tips are nice though), if you purchased the wig the same day.
