This guy is a thief and a liar. Zach zaid. He stole 15k from me and refuses to give it back. And never did the work. Found this clown on here. There were good reviews and he seemed so nice. Yes, I realize now how stupid and naive I was. Back in 2022 a pipe burst in my house and caused a significant amount of damage.  I live in a very rural area and I could not get anyone to come out and give me quotes. My insurance wasn't helpful either. So, I then I got a message from Zack.  I had no idea what a manipulative snake he is. He seemed so nice and willing to help. Even Sent us (my SO and I) to a place to look for replacement counters in a very ghetto place. So, being desperate to have help and being fooled by this sad excuse for a human being, I gave him 15k to start.  We also signed his stupid contract that looking at it now a child with a crayon could have made a better one. He couldn't even decipher a comma with an apostrophe. We were desperate.  Half our house was gone, we were eating fast food (we are diabetic and it ruined our a1cs) the kitchen,  the downstairs bathroom, our use of our washer and dryer. Our house was taken apart and we needed our home back. This guy never started the work. Kept acting like he was doing me a favor and in the end stole my money and ran. Eventually my insurance found someone to fix the house but the damage was done. The 15k was from the insurance to fix my house. I had to get an equity loan on my PAID off house!! I had just bought a car and so I had to get a big loan and my credit is super crappy. So, had to get an over 50k loan to pay my car and the money he stole from me to the other company who actually completed the work. This guy is a liar, thief and he's broke. DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. He threatened to sue me for talking to the BBB. And he scared me into taking my review down. He threatened to sue me! Guess what? He never did because he's broke AF. Didn't even pay his insurance.  Otherwise I could have been paid back. This sounds like a story but it's not. It's a nightmare that happened to me and is still happening to me. He threatened to sue me when I sent demand letters. Said I'd have to owe what was on the contract. He knew how to scare me. Took this guy to small claims, he never showed up. I won the judgement but he's broke and is gonna screw me because he can't pay. I can't stress enough not to give your money to this guy.  He's the worst kind of creep there is. I have no idea how there's any kind of good reviews. Have to be fake just like him. I hope he reads this and knows that he's a horrible person. I hope karma does her thing. Taking money like this is shameful. Run! Don't give this criminal any money, you will regret it just like me. read more

Then when he delivered it, he conceptualized the design of the finished product we wanted for our accent wall. Zack, the Owner of La Villa Luxe has brought our kitchen to life! We were in a rush to get our kitchen completed because the dishwasher and other old plumbing gave us some problems which mostly destroyed the kitchen floor. I contacted a few contractors, but none of them would show up. I made a notice on Nextdoor and Zack responded to my inquiry, did everything he said he would do and more! He was there from start to finish and communicated throughout the process. I knew what I roughly wanted in my new kitchen, but he enhanced the design and cabinetry to make it work for the space we have. He knocked out a wall between our kitchen and dining room to give us more space. Zack selected the materials we needed, which were of good quality, so I didn't have to take time out of my busy work schedule to get everything we needed. Zack and his team spent an abundance of time going over and fixing the little things that I never thought of. The little touches of trim that complete and make the kitchen look amazing! Since we already were redoing our kitchen, our living room and dining room floors needed work done along with our steps. So, I decided to make it all uniform flooring which makes the house look more modern. Overall, I am very, very happy with my new kitchen! I truly appreciate Zack being able to squeeze our kitchen project on little notice with great success! I plan on hiring Zack for other projects in the future! Zach and his crew put up a horizontal privacy fence and patio in our backyard. He was very responsive to us and extremely patient with answering all of our questions in the beginning and walking us through the process. He was able to fit us in faster than every other contractor. He and his crew completely transformed our backyard into someplace new and private and did it in about 3 days! He was very responsive to changes and issues we had as we went and was accommodating throughout. He even fixed a broken stair on our deck without us asking or even charging us anything extra. Our family and friends are really impressed and it's nice to have such a large project finished so quickly. read more
