One was cluttered and the guy behind the counter was a leering jerk. The other store I didn't feel welcome and like they could have cared less to offer to help me. I feel like Wicked Wanda's is an unconditional place and I can not recommend them enough. They have a little something for everyone. I did read a few of the other reviews and have to say I am glad they don't accept bought underwear back. No store does! Not just a sex shop! That review was just childish and obviously from someone who doesn't respect the damage a stupid review will give. I also saw some about pricing compared to online. That is out of touch. I own a small business and I can tell you my overhead is a LOT more than an online business. A Small businesses have to offset their overhead. Sometimes I feel like people don't realize the reality of commerce and how small business keep peoples families fed and give people the opportunity to go out and connect with others as opposed to hiding away and ordering online. So once again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Wonderful place that allowed me to talk freely about what i needed and a great selection of high end items.

When it showed up, it didn't fit, not even close. Sadness :( ... but hey, guess what, we have Knix store here in Westboro now! Knix has a pretty generous exchange/return policy and so I was able to go in store and do an exchange. I was greeted by friendly staff when I came in the store. I liked that their mannequin displays were a more realistic size of human. I was setup with a dedicated fits staff member. We had a chat about the bra I had ordered and what wasn't working for me. She did a fitting and came back with some size options that, while they did fit me better, we ultimately decided the bra I had chosen wasn't working for the girls. She stuck it out with me, listened to my feedback and came back with some other options for me and we did in fact find "the one", she pulled colours for me and I left with a wonderfully fitting pretty blue bra. I was impressed with the staff from start to finish--from greeting me, to setting me up with a fitting room, to helping me find the right bra, to the checkout process even. Everyone was committed to ensuring I left the store with exactly what I needed, they did an excellent job of listening to my needs. I still hate bra shopping, probably always will, but I am pretty pleased with my experience instore--they made something that I generally find awkward and uncomfortable, pretty painless.

(If anyone knows of a brand that is the best of both worlds, let me know). Their panties range from $23-$48. Their bras are $50-$98. They also sell comfy clothes to lounge around the house in. Prices are $50+. In addition to regular everyday underwear, they also sell specialty items like nursing bras, and panties with extra absorbance for incontinence and for menstruation. Their models are of all shapes, sizes, ages and races. They are very inclusive and "real life." This store is big with lots of open space. They have samples on display and when you purchase, they get you a new one from the back storage room that other people have not manhandled (I like this). Staff are friendly and helpful.
