IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE A RATING LOWER THAN ONE I WOULD!…read more Worst adult store in the city. The staff care more about talking to each other than the customers, the manager is rude and the owner is more concerned with the bottom line than customer satisfaction. Your money is better off going to any other store or those with a proper website. Update: After a couple of hours I received a DM from the owner of this "business". In his message he practically blamed me for the poor service I received. I mentioned that I had no desire to discuss my experience there and would rather shop anywhere else so I can enjoy shopping in a positive and helpful environment. I said I considered the matter closed. He actually sent another message, which I deleted outright. Still blaming the customer instead of taking any responsibility for his store and his employees. I never asked for a solution. I merely wish to let people know that they can get much better service at other stores in Ottawa.

Let me say first off. I keep reading how Rick the owner is a great guy and he most likely is but…read morethe woman he has working for him not only sucks the joy out of an experience that should be fun, you can feel the judgement eminating from her mind and spirit. If there is more then one woman I apologize I always seem to get the one in Goth. Even Skrillex left that unhappy world. I digress. I know customer service extremely well and strive to provide my customers with a comfortable, knowledgeable, fun experience from me each and every visit. This is not what this woman believes. Bought an item and decided after day 2 of waiting I'll just switch for something they have in stock. Told no, no deviations from the policy. Great no problem then I'd like a refund please. Told nope. No refunds. Now I can understand that being the type of adult items being sold but my item hasnt even arrived at the shop yet? Do they not want to stock it because it had horrible reviews? Or the part that really "blew me away". Yes I realise the pun. Ha! The same exact item, product number and all is between 60% to 30% cheaper at every other retailer I called or found online. Most were at their list price. That's 3 for 3. I would hope Rick will make this right. I do like the store and one day I hope to meet the man everyone praises.

Um, is this the sort of place that is okay to talk about in public??? Oh well... with the holidays…read morecoming up, I was looking for something special and a little risque! My neighbour (this swanky French guy) told me to try Sensation Plus in Gatineau. What I liked about it was that it wasn't some cheesy place that made you either feel totally icky or like you were going to get caught in a police raid any second. It is totally classy and realistic about their products. I wanted some tasty massage oils and they had a good selection to choose from. Having said that, there were also a lot of weird things that make me wonder what goes on in some peoples' bedrooms. They had that love-swing you might have heard about and lots and lots of really odd dildos. But, the romance section was totally cool and really helped me out.
