When we arrived for our reserved time, Brandi showed us the salt scrub tub, sauna, two hot soaking tubs, two cold plunges, and biomat. Shoes are not worn inside, so you can remove your socks and shoes in the changing area - there are also slippers, robes, and towels provided for you. Brandi also offers you a nice herbal tea or water. If you're not familiar with the whole soaking experience, Brandi will walk you through the steps of sauna first, salt scrub and rinse, then hot soak and cold plunge. This visit was extremely relaxing and tranquil, and it went by too fast. I was really sad to have to leave, but I'm definitely going to purchase a membership. Upon entering I was welcomed and offered water. They have local goods including Maya tea and essential oils they use for sale as well. The massage itself was fantastic- the hot stones and essential oils were so relaxing. I was able to note that I am not chatty during my sessions and she was perfectly respectful of that. The pressure she applied was perfect and I was a pure puddle of relaxed goo at the end. They offer subscription programs that can be shared with friends. They also offer grief focused massages and can happily accommodate for pregnancy. All in all a great experience!

The receptionist was lovely, very welcoming, and made sure to repeatedly offer me a variety of drinks when I arrived, although I was fine when I came in. The salon is nicely decorated and clean, which is quite important to me. Katy has done my hair for quite sometime, so I cannot speak about the other stylists in the salon, but if you are looking for the consummate professional, Katy is the person you want to see. Aveda trained, she delivers a technically excellent haircut, (I am a licensed, although not practicing, cosmetologist so I know of what I speak), and because I have short hair, that is paramount. No surprises here, unless you want one!! To start you always get a nice little head and shoulder massage with essential oils before your haircut and a hand massage while the conditioner sits on your head. She does exactly what you ask for, is very careful to ask questions as she moves along with the haircut, and is friendly and caring along the way. With tons of clientele, she even remembers to ask about my family and my life as well. And the biggest plus is that she is super consistent. Her excellent training and years of experience make it so you get consistent quality work every single time. Never had a haircut from her that I didn't like. Hard to do on quite short hair because there is little room for error. Give this salon and Katy a try. You will at the very least get one of the best haircuts of your life.

I attached the photos I was sending to my mom telling her how bad it was and that my head was burning. I was kind to the hair stylist because I'm not one to embarrass people. I also showed my family my hair and they laughed and said there's no world they would let her touch their hair. Anything else you'd like to add owner? Horrible. Just horrible!! Went to a different location. Botched my hair. Bad. They apologized. They refunded and sent me to this location to fix it. Promised it would be fixed. The woman could not get in the same page as me as to what I wanted. The girl next to her knew exactly what I wanted. I had the photo. I said just copy the photo. An hour later (not counting that they scheduled me an hour later than she said) she started. My forehead was on fire. I said NO to a treatment 4 times. 4! They did the treatment. My head was burned and had scabs. The bangs were blonde to my scalp I looked bald. As you can see my hair doesn't look like the photo AT ALLLL!!! First time it came out copper. Second time it came out auburn. It's just bad. Then they charged me for the treatment I said NO to!!! I spent $350 for what's in the photo. I'm so embarrassed. So many people are commenting asking what happened to my hair. I will never recommend them.
