The staff was professional, they were very attentive and very friendly. The place was clean and the sound system is good. This staff was on top of everything from making sure people had drinks to cleaning the tables and making sure the tables stay clean. Booking was washing going and they are very willing to work within any budget to give you the best event you can possibly have. I would recommend this place to anyone for any event. Thank you so much for making my event so easy and effortless. You were all amazing!!

Hard wood floors throughout the location. Quite a steep flight of stairs to get to the room where parties are held- keep that in mind for the elderly, differently abled, and ladies wearing heels over 3". (Steepness is no better going down even if you are sober) Bathroom: Only one bathroom which is annoying. The bathroom was clean which is always a plus! Wait staff: Very patient and nice. I didn't get any eye rolls, teeth sucking or grumbling! Dj: I believe it is up to you to provide. The party I was at used a computer to select songs- not sure if it belonged to the venue or the family. The food was catered so you have to speak to the company about what options they have for food. There are also long rectangular tables with chaffing dishes provided (no serving utensils provided). It doesn't seem to come with the sternols as food wasn't heated. Has an two step elevated platform (stage) area in the back for the main display or for cake/dessert table. Bathrooms are located in the front toward entrance and downstair in the celler where the mini kitchen is. The mini kitchen comes with sink and fridge/freezer which is filled with bags of ice. One of the air conditioner in the main room leaked/sprayed water the entire time. Room wasn't as cool even with the ac running. Door was closed and not many bodies are in the room yet (arrived early and only saw 10 people) but felt really warm. Suggestions: rental hall should come with or for extra fee for serving utensils including cake knife (the host and baker forgot cake knife) and sternols to keep food hot. Also, the bathrooms didn't have paper towels to dry hands. Air dryer wasn't available either. Overall, a nice event hall.
