The only dinner I enjoyed at Le Blanc, after trying all three Asian, Italian and French…read morerestaurants. We ordered 8 dishes. Sashimi platter: highly recommend! Assorted seafood with great freshness Salmon tartar: an okay Sushi: the first one on the menu, do not recommend Scallops in wasabi: scallops were perfectly cooked. Wasabi in this restaurant is very weak :/ Coconut soup: very disappointing, nothing like tom yum nor tom kha Shoyu ramen: I liked the seafood in it more than the noodle Lamb: our only main entry, sauce was great, lamb was juicy I asked our waiter if we ordered too much and he replied yes. After finishing everything, I ordered three desserts out of four choices LOL Coconut Ganache: very tasty Chocolate cake: great with green tea ice cream Rice pudding: sticky rice was a bit hard Overall a great dinner with lots of seafood!

Yep that whole thing was fried, rice was warm and shrimp was crispy. That is how it's supposed to be. I had the pork belly with crispy noodles. It was definitely melt in your mouth and had little fat pieces, only the best served here! The seafood ramen was great, just needed more noodles lol. It had mussels, shrimp, scallop, and octopus. I also had duck confit which was a little salty in my opinion. One night for room service, i had the tempura shrimp and veggies, definitely thin batter and excellent spicy mayo ever! I also had the kung pao shrimp with noodles, sauce was kickin and I was enjoying with joy! My favorite dish! For dessert, we had the chocolate ganoche which was a little too sweet. I came here twice and ordered it for room service, and they rolled out a new menu on my second visit. Definitely a different experience each time but i cant keep but coming back bc i love asian food.

They brought out special dessert to celebrate special occasion. Really loved it. Second visit: We walked in for dinner, busy. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed and we were as patient as can be. Tables around us received seconds before we ever got our original order. I was looking forward to dinner but it was about an hour and I gave up. We got up and informed the front that the wait was too long and other tables after us received better service. Things happen. The manager on duty apologized. Second visit didn't ruin my thoughts on Moongate. Their menu is great and the atmosphere was lovely.

In terms of restaurant options at the Hyatt Ziva, I would put Moongate kinda in the middle tier. It was basically one the meals we were fine with and would consider going back while we were at the resort. Ordered: - Sashimi - Salmon, Tuna, Catch of the Day (Sea Bass) - one of the thickest and widest cuts ever. - Special Kiuri Maki - this one was ok. I preferred the other maki we got. - Maguro Spicy Maki - Bibimbap - Lo Mein - this portion was really big in my opinion and they give a lot of protein. - Banana Mille Feuille - a bit dense for me. my least favorite dessert we had at the resort.

You can taste the pride in the flavors. We could've eaten here everyday and I'm looking forward to our next visit just to eat here again. And of course the beautiful island. ;) The burger is to die for! It's juicy, flavorful and decedent. The shrimp bowl was insane with perfectly grilled shrimp, vegetables, and rice. We also got the chefs special with asparagus- YUM! We want to try the shrimp burger next time. Our drinks were delicious! You can tell they really take the time to pour love into their food and cocktails. The service was beyond outstanding! They're all so kind and attentive. Huge shoutout to Guillermo who came out of the kitchen to explain the dishes to us. He's so passionate and talented, it really shines through him. It's amazing to see his talent showcased in the meals he presents! Thank you for an amazing experience. We can't wait for our next visit

This restaurant is in the Omni Hotel and recently switched from being an Asian themed restaurant…read moreover to the Brazilian steakhouse motif. Now, instead of odd curries and vaguely Indonesian noodle dishes, you get waiters going from table to table carrying skewers of different grilled meats. To me, this was a definite improvement. We started by walking around the salad, veggies, and side dishes and most of them looked good, but I wanted to save my appetite for the main event and only indulged in some ceviche, fish and shrimp. It was well-made with thinly sliced red onion and delicious, I could have made a meal of it. There was also a Brazilian soup, feijoado, which had black beans or lentils and chunks of sausage, it was only average. Finally the moment arrived, we were approached by a waiter with of skewer of filet mignon! My husband loves meat, and he thought it was great. I liked it too. The filet was followed by other skewers every few minutes. Grass-fed beef was okay, lamb was typical, sirloin was my husband's favorite. There were two varieties of sausage, one tasted a bit chorizo-like. I liked the other one better, it looked like a wurst you might see on the streets of Berlin. My husband was getting full, but we each took a final offering, a savory garlicky and parmesan chicken leg. Maravilloso! Our waiter offered us dessert, I picked a coconut pudding with a meringue topping that was lovely. I would have liked to linger over coffee, but my husband was tired so I grabbed a latte on the way back to our room. It was a relaxing evening. Service was perfect. Muchas gracias, La Vista!!
