I had huge piles of dirt and bricks, I contact Delia through yelp and she quickly replied asking me to send her some photos, then she gave me an estimate and told me that if I'm flexible with the time they will come the next day, and will call me and 1-hour ahead! Delia, Joe and their partner arrived the next day ready to work! It took them about 30 min to remove all the dirt and some extras. We were so Happy we have found them! Two months after we called them again, we had to remove piles of cement from our backyard. They came the same week and we had the same experience as the first time! They worked quickly and cleaned up the entire area afterward. They even cleaned this area of my driveway that got dirty. Swept it and placed the debris in the trash. After inspecting the spa the next day i noticed the corner panels were broken . He said he would order parts which have still not shown up a month later and no confirmation that they were ever ordered. I just realized after all the rain that the cover does not keep out rain water and the tub was half full of rain water. So now a new cover has to be ordered on top of everything else. The new covers are $900 and the corner panels $90 dollars each. So in addition to the $6,000 i already spent i now have to spend another $1,100 .

If you're reading this, you know choosing a contractor for your home (or anything else) isn't easy. I got several quotes and I'm pleased to say that I made the right choice. Julian and his team were thorough, detailed, and communicative- which is what made me proceed with them. They were able to see my vision and execute while working within my budget in a timely manner. They provided routine updates in addition to calling and sending pictures. I'm very detailed and meticulous, so it was nice to work with a team that cared as much as I do. Some of the work included popcorn ceiling removal, wall repair, orange peel texture and painting, closet demo and repair, kitchen remodel, pantry install, and recessed lights throughout. My favorite parts of the project are the full bathroom remodel, the excellent paint job on the kitchen cabinets, and the time/dedication they had to sand and stain the beam in the living room. They also replaced the drop ceiling panels with drywall and a hatch to access the HVAC which looks SO much better! and they cleaned up! Classic bait and switch super rude left us scrambling to find another mover last minute. We ended up going with another company who came in clutch with 3 guys for $120 hr.
