I rarely come across companies nowadays that I genuinely appreciate, but this is one of them. The customer service couldn't be better and they hold themselves to a standard that is above what most expect. AWESOME! 5 Star Haul Away Service. I had huge piles of dirt and bricks, I contact Delia through yelp and she quickly replied asking me to send her some photos, then she gave me an estimate and told me that if I'm flexible with the time they will come the next day, and will call me and 1-hour ahead! Delia, Joe and their partner arrived the next day ready to work! It took them about 30 min to remove all the dirt and some extras. We were so Happy we have found them! Two months after we called them again, we had to remove piles of cement from our backyard. They came the same week and we had the same experience as the first time! They worked quickly and cleaned up the entire area afterward. They even cleaned this area of my driveway that got dirty. Swept it and placed the debris in the trash. Highly recommend these guys and I don't write reviews often but felt compelled considering my experience!!! read more

We highly recommend! Very responsive, professional, best price. Sent photos via text and got an immediate quote. We got next day service, we're very satisfied and will call them again when we have a stack of junk to remove. read more

What can I say about Cali Junk Removal? They deserve 5 stars and more. I'm 100% satisfied with their professional service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for yard clean up. After searching for weeks on craigslist for a yard clean up services; some people were not interested in cleaning up my yard because it wasn't a big enough job, others said they would go and give me a free estimate but never showed up. Finally, I came across a Cali Junk Removal add on craigslist; I called them, they requested some pictures of the work and gave me a quick estimate. The phone call took place on Tuesday, that same week on Saturday they were in my back yard cleaning and removing all the trash I had back there. They started at 9am and they were done by 1pm; they cleaned up everything. They did an amazing job. And the price was very affordable. They speak English and Spanish, very friendly people. Very professional service! read more

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cali Junk Removal last weekend! Their price was 1/3 of what other companies quoted me (and I had to work hard to get the other companies to give me a firm quote). I asked Cali Junk if there were any other costs and they said straight out, "No." Delia, Joe and their partner arrived ready to work! There was no, "Oh, this more than we thought" or "Oh, you live upstairs." They simply asked which items to take and then got busy. I couldn't believe how fast they cleared out the place. When it came time to pay there was no haggling. They charged what they said they would and seemed genuinely happy to have the business. I'm looking around now to see what else I can throw out so I can work with them again. No, really, they were that good! read more

Wow-thanks Yelp family for such great reviews and referral for Cali Junk Removal. I needed a 1 bedroom cleared out for painting, and decided to reach out to Yelp for assistance. Yelp application, gives me the flexibility to get quotes from different companies offering the same services-nice feature! Within minutes Delia, sent me a text requesting a couple of questions to be able to give me a quote. I like the rapid response, and she gave me a fair price. We set a time and day, and I like that she was going to follow up with me. Cali Junk Removal arrived on time, made sure they were careful in bringing the furniture down the stairs. I was highly satisfied in their professionalism, and hard work. I would highly recommend this company, and will be using them for my trash hauling in the future. read more

I have to give credit when credit is due, this team was AWESOME! I was quoted a price over the phone and they honored it. This is a good feeling because they can be trusted. They are a nice Family that will come to your place, pick up the junk and SWEEP afterwards! There is a lady on the team and I was so impressed that she was working just as hard as the guys, really, really cool to see that and makes me want to hire them again but I have no more junk to get hauled off! Without any doubt, HIRE THEM, they are good, RESPECTFUL, they will not try to NICKEL & DIME you and will do a nice clean job! The price was great but the professionalism was 10X Better. You can feel that they RESPECT your home and thats a good feeling to work with people like that! THANK YOU CALI JUNK REMOVAL!! I recommend them to EVERYONE! read more

WOW. Cali Junk Removal has a great team, very nice, respectful, on time and work quickly. You will not regret using this service. They cleaned out an entire warehouse in a very short time and were very conscious of how the trucks were loaded to save me money. I also appreciated that they recycled whatever they could making them shine even brighter in my book! read more

Friendly lady quoted an estimate over the phone. Very punctual, nothing worse than waiting. Actually came 30 mins early, after a heads up text, which I loved! Very warm and sunny day, but they were fast, neat, friendly. And CHEAP!!! read more

I had a really terrible situation in my hands where I got free mulch off of a craigslist ad and the dump truck showed up at my house and immediately started dumping what looked like a tree that was just chopped down, it took up almost my whole drive way and it was about 10 feet high - all mulch! I called Cali Junk Removal and explained the situation. All i had to do was text photos. I had called around and most people told me they couldn't do it. The next day Jesus and his amazing crew came to the rescue. 1 day turnaround! It was an extremely hot day but they worked their butts off! and were able to get most of the mulch out within a days work. They showed up at 10 am and wrapped by 5 or 6pm. I can't thank these guys enough. I am extremely grateful for their service and they are just really good people, such hard workers. Totally recommend. read more

We arranged to have a large amount of garden waste taken from our back yard. JR was supposed to come on Tuesday but never showed up and said maybe he could come the next day. He never showed up. We arranged for him to come today and an hour later no word. At this point the garden waste has created a garden of its own. Super disappointing to waste time waiting at home for an appointment that was never honored. Don't waste your time. read more

Jesus and his Tio took care of me and I appreciate their efforts. Would definitely recommend him and his crew for all of junk removing needs! Thanks Chuey! read more

I found this company just by googling and wow did I get lucky!! First I read the reviews and then there was a Yelp coupon. Today was super hot and Jesus and his team had to go up and down our winding staircase. They were so great! Even moved stuff that I needed to keep to the garage for me. I plan on using them again after my mom moves. We got rid of a ton of stuff and all for $120 ($95 with Yelp coupon) - you cannot beat this deal. Polite and trustworthy! read more

One example of GREAT work by a business who truly deserves a solid 5 stars on Yelp. Showed up day before the job to make sure there is clear understanding of the work (what I wanted hauled off). Showed up with right equipment and people to get the job done. Delia and Junior were super easy to deal with and very responsible. Swept the area and even hauled away extra stuff I had. read more

I had the pleasure of doing business with Cali today. I needed to clean up a homeless encampment and a large parking lot and needed the junk removed today. It was nasty and it smelled but it didnt stop this hard working crew from kicking a** . There will be my go to clean up crew from now on. Very hard workers and an honest business read more

Junior and his team did a great job, but they scratched my floor moving a large couch, which I didn't notice until after they left. Oh well. I still would recommend. read more

Joe was very nice to send two people out immediately. They were at my house within 20 minutes. We had a complicated request --- 12 tons of dirt, concrete, and organic material all mixed and piled in the front and back yard after a demolition. Rather than give us an huge quote, he texted me back and gave me the cheaper option, which most businesses won't do because they want to make a buck off you. So, thank you, Cali Junk Removal! It's good to meet kind and honest people who are here to help even if they aren't profiting off the situation. read more

We were so pleased by the service that Jesus and his team provided. They came for an initial estimate the same day we called, and then returned bright and early the next morning. They worked really efficiently. We especially appreciated the walk-through at the end of the job - Jesus noticed a couple of things we had forgotten, and took those away for us too. Highly recommend! read more

We had to clear out a room very fast on a Saturday and I called Joe very last minute and he was able to help me out and sent a crew that same day. And although I had more things then I thought, the crew came back the following day and did a second load for us on a Sunday (normally when everyone is closed) and on top of that it started raining! The crew were troopers they did there job fast and efficiently in the rain. Thank you guys for the last minute help you came through! I handled my entire transaction easily and smoothly over email and then text. I needed junk removed quickly and Cali Junk Removal did just that. After a truck plowed through the wall behind my mom's house, destroying her shed and leaving a huge mess, Cali Junk Removal came the next day to clean it up. They arrived on time, were courteous and efficient, finished the job in only two hours, and then charged us about half what the other debris removal companies quoted us. Couldn't recommemd them more! read more

Junior and his team are awesome! My bf was moving out of his place and tried donating his furniture to Salvation Army, but when they came by, they refused to take the items because there was minor wear and tear. With 1 day left to clean out the premises, we called multiple people who were unable to help. Junior was courteous and worked with our schedule and came out that very night! They even picked up some other small items - my bf was impressed with their work ethic and the pace at which they worked. If you need junk removed, these are the guys to do it! read more

Delia and Jr were great! Had junk to remove from my walk in closet remodel and an entire first floor from my Carriage house that included furniture, cabinets, bookshelves, etc. and they did everything they could to clear it, fill up the truck, and sweep after. It was also raining so they laid out their own towel to keep from ruining my hardwood floors. They had all the equipment necessary from a trash bin to wheel barrels. Their truck is huge and for an a amazing flat rate. Others came with smaller trucks, charged dumping fees, and used frequent trips but not These guys. They accept all forms of payment and even emailed me a copy. I recommend them! read more
