It looks like just an office supply store from the…read morefront, and they do have an exceptional collection of folders and highlighters, which I enjoy, but if you head to the back and around the corner you'll discover a clean, friendly, chill little print shop. There are a couple of computers kept physically clean and also blessedly clean of crazy downloads and popups. The print process is super easy, you can't really fuck it up, you open your file and hit print and it comes out of the machine right behind you. If you need help the men and women who work here never seem to have the mad stressed out vibe of other print shop hustlers, maybe because it is a little tucked out of the way. They are mellow but ready to help and they seem to know their stuff, though honestly my needs have been pretty plug and play so far. One of the guys who works here is deaf. He is awesome, very friendly and funny and fast. Pro tip: you do not need to yell or gesticulate wildly for him to understand you, just relax, he reads lips, everything will be fine.

They have my favourite notebook brand (clairefontaine) and I can always count on them to have fair prices. Every time I need whiteout, pencils, erasers, etc... during my exam season, I go here and pick them up. It's convenient and well stocked. Dollarama school supplies are too cheaply made and Jean coutu sells almost the same product but at unreasonable prices. Bureau en gros only has sales in September for back to school, otherwise everything is full price and not worth it since you can get it here for less. If you can, try to stop here for your school supplies :) Well worth the money.

BAD customer service. The associate (Shaneka) didn't show a willingness to help me…read more I came to this branch to scan some documents. The associate told me where to do it, and I did exactly what she told me to do. I logged on to the computer with my credit card, opened up the "how to scan" document on the Windows Desktop and I used the Epson scanner in the next booth to scan my documents. The problem was the scanner seemed to work fine but the resulting files never showed up on the computer. I logged out of the computer rental and told the associate (Shaneka) that the scanning didn't work. She told me to try one more time which I did and I paid for the computer rental this second time but the same thing happened: the scanner worked but no files were sent to the computer. So apparently the associates here want you to rent the computer to do something that doesn't really work! The same associate (Shaneka) just stayed behind the counter without offering to look at the problem closely. I'd prefer Bureau En Gros / Staples to employ an associate that shows more empathy and willingness to work with the customer. This experience showed that the Bureau En Gros / Staples branch don't train their associates to help their customers in a practical way. If you value your Dollar and your time, avoid this Bureau En Gros / Staples branch.
