    3 Birria Dinner W/ Consom
    Alberto M.

Stopped by after work to support a school fundraiser and found a convenient and yummy taco place that I'll be visiting more often. Small place, so good for a quick to go meal but they did have two tables outside and stools/counter inside. Was a nice night to sit outside and wait while they prepped the order. Did a little sampling....carne asada tacos, Al Pastor tacos, Birria tacos, chips and guac, quesadillas and french fries. Nothing too special with the quesadilla. Plain cheese but the kids ate it up and went nicely with the guac. Chips were fresh. Guac was fresh. My favorite was the Al pastor tacos. Nice seasoning but the best part was the small sliver of pineapple each taco had. Nice touch. Only had a small bite of the Birria tacos before the family polished them off. Guess I'll have to back for more!

It's a small spot, but the food is sooooo tasty, the quesabirria was so good and flavorful, it was the last taco I ate and it was still hot and crispy! My son said the al pastor was so nice and tender.

Recently really enjoyed a variety of their tacos, burrito, the fries and guacamole. We can't wait to come back to try more!

I ordered the Paloma, and my husband got the Michelada, both super refreshing and made well. For food, I ordered the El Gringo with rice and salad. I definitely wish I had swapped the salad for beans, because my husband got both rice and beans, and I ended up finishing my rice and helping with his too lol. Highly recommend this dish, just go for the beans instead of the salad! My husband also ordered three tacos: Al Pastor, Chorizo, and Carne Asada, all of which were really good. One of the fun touches is that they have QR codes at the table to leave a Google review, and if you do, you get to spin a prize wheel. Of course I had to try it, and it made the whole experience even more fun. I ended up winning a free double shot! The staff were all super friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the music gave it a fun, vibrant atmosphere. I'd definitely come back!

Found out that they no longer offer elote and that's so disappointing. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks this but it's a major mistake to cut elote from the menu. The other food items are still amazing.

We got a shrimp taco and the Signature taco. They were both full of flavor, and the Signature was overstuffed (definitely not a complaint!) The salsa bar is amazing - they have like 6 different salsas and pickled jalapeños/carrots. Restaurant was surprisingly empty, so not much to say for ambiance, for 9:40 PM on a Friday in the city. Cashier was fairly friendly and the food came out pretty quickly.

The chingon option was unique to us because we never had a mix of steak and chorizo before; it was packed with flavor and seasoned very well. The special taco was flavorful as well since it came with bacon and pineapple: giving it a hint of sweet and savory. The rice and beans that came with the 3 taco dinner was a good pairing as well. The service was excellent; the cashier brought the food out to us and was very polite. They even gave us complimentary chips and salsa for dining in; additionally, they had a whole salsa bar where we could grab as much as we wanted. The ambiance was nice and simple; I was wish there was more lighting, but there was a decent amount of seating, soda fountain machine, and salsa bar. You can also order on little tablets at the front. Additionally, there's a tiny parking lot in the front if you're lucky. My only con would be that the price seems a little steep for tacos and burritos, but I get they have a lot of unique combinations and flavors to try.

We walked in around 9 on a Saturday morning and were sat pretty quickly. Love the old skool diner vibes inside. We sat at the counter and met Cortland, this man seems like a legend. He is so helpful, friendly, and real. My husband ordered the dove's deluxe and Cortland recommended the multigrain toast over Texas toast since I already ordered the Texas toast. What an excellent rec, that multigrain is very very good, I'll most likely be getting that every time. He also explained all the sauces in the little sauce basket to us and I'm so glad he did bc every single sauce is inventive and delicious. I got the brisket hash, those crispy potatoes are somethin special. I also had the horchata cold brew, he had regular coffee, they serve awesome coffee. I will most def be back, i understand why this restaurant has been around as long as it has! If you're gonna drive, parking can be a big hairy at this 6 corners, there's random pay to park nearby. They also have reservations for weekdays on opentable if you want to play it safe!

We started off with chips and salsa, and the salsa was a bit too spicy for me, but everyone else enjoyed it. Most of the reviews recommended the enchiladas and we ordered a variety of them. The Enchiladas Poblanos stuffed with chicken and cheese. The poblano sauce was rich and smoky.
