Great meat quality. Decent service. Can get busy, so try to time your arrival well. Occasionally have sales on their prime meats.

Heard of this place from a friend. Worth every mile I drive to get there. Great and fast service. We got the Tesajo carne (marinated). A little pricey, but when you eat it, you'll know where every penny went. We will be back to get this cut again soon. So great. read more

They take to long for you to get your cocktails and the lady's are so rude they always look mad bad customer service

Bought a little over 4lbs of tasajo. Meat quality is way down and is tough. The butcher doesn't cut the meat evenly. Meat has so much inedible fat. You lost me as a customer, im not returning read more

Just went this weekend and purchased somewhat was supposed to be PRIME ranchera but arrived home and revived select choice unacceptable! Check your meats before leaving the premises. Not the first time it happened either. Told the butcher get from the one behind the glass and he clearly told me the one we are cutting is the same one. Not true please be aware of your purchase. Not picky at all if you see my other reviews but this is really unacceptable! sorry La Rosca Meat Market but you lost a loyal customer! read more

The meat is not all US prime and is overpriced based on market price. I would ask to cut the ranchera thicker and ask for it unprepared without juice or seasonings. read more

The meat never fails me!! It's sooo good in flavor and tenderness. They're quick to attend to you and pack your meat properly and very clean!! read more

El precio es competitivo con Las demas premiums carnicerias al rededor. Les pedi Tasajo mas delgadita por Que la Que tenian esta tipo 3/4" -1" de gruesa. I pues asi esta muy gruesa Ami gusto. I si voy a pagar premium, asi tambien espero Los Cortes.

The Meat and service is the best in town! The staff is very friendly and the space is very very clean.

First time visiting this meat market in Bell. The place is organized and spotless. The service is excellent with employees looking to help with a smile on their face. Many cuts of high grade meats but be ready to pay a steep price for that quality. I'd come back here but only if I'm ready to splurge. read more

Great service they are super quick and the quality is amazing ! Will always keep coming again and again!

One of my go to carnicerías! Their ranchera and tasajo are really good. Also, the marinade is on point and never disappoints. They had a lot of specials in December, which is always appreciated. Carne is expensive! Lol. I think they can do better in customer service. It's not bad but it's not good either. Make sure to check out their IG for specials. read more

I bought 6 pounds of taco meat and they put nothing but fat and they didn't even cut it up right my kids did not like it at all..

You have to try the mariscos platter it is fire best to go is in the morning ones they open because if you wait you'll be in line for a minute. Meat is tender and juicy just how I love it. But the mariscos is another story read more

Very nice customer service very good quality meat must try also free give aways when participating

Always a pleasure coming here. The staff is fast and very helpful. Don't get discouraged by the long lines, it usually speeds up rather quickly. The tasajo is my choice of meat and it is always top quality. I also get their combination charola of seafood it's honestly my favorite all the mariscos are always fresh and their cleanliness is what does it for me. Highly recommend coming here. read more

I bought chicken breast like milanesa and the chicken was past due. I cooked it and it was still gooey and sticky. I sent my father back to request fresh chicken and he took the bad batch back and they didn't want to exchange it. What are looking for, for people to get sick and then sue them? Unhelpful staff. read more

Amazing meat texture and taste! Customer service is also amazing they provide details about the meats and qualities!

The quality of the meat is good, but is over priced. Customer service is really slow, wait times are long and it's unfortunate that they make the customers wait outside along side a busy street. read more

I was shocked to see such an original carnicería when I walked in. From the smell to the set up and all the young people that attend it. Everything looked clean and fresh. I bought a medium charola (agua chile)and to my surprise I thought it was the size large because of the amount of seafood that it came with. I took it home and it was so worth the drive, the most delicious aguachile I've ever tasted. I recommend this place to everyone. I will come back to get more soon. read more
