They make all the salsas in the back from scratch, and have 6 different options to choose from. I love making breakfast tacos at home myself but this is by far a better solution. I'll definitely be back. She even was willing to refill our Starbucks hot cocoa with the Mexican hot cocoa she has so it could be on the go. Such a great treat!! They are located in the back of the fairgrounds at the Saturday market and are in Lincoln city on Sunday. They work like a food cart and are very accommodating of allergies.
