Our group of 7 was seated within just a few minutes of arrival, and promptly brought chips and salsa. They served both a mild and a spicy salsa, and the spicy was very good. Unfortunately, the salsa was in very small bowls and we quickly ran out - No refills of salsa or chips ever happened during our visit. Looking over the menu, there is a decent selection, though we felt the prices were high for what you get (An ACP for $20 seems high compared to most places I've been.) That said, we all found something that looked good and placed our orders. Food came pretty quick, and was hot and fresh. Everyone in our group enjoyed the taste of the food ordered. Our challenges really revolve around service. From the start, our waitress was inattentive and rude. She repeatedly, and quite obviously, rolled her eyes while people asked questions and her responses were short and in a rude tone. Chips, salsa, and drinks were never refilled during the visit. After getting our food, the next time we saw her was when we got the check. When we received checks, one member pointed out that she was charged the wrong price for her Ceviche ($23 instead of the $19 listed on the menu.) The waitress told her she was wrong, then went to get a menu which.... confirmed the $19 price. The waitress then rolled her eyes again, forcefully snatched the receipt from their hand, and walked away. A few minutes later, she came back and dropped an updated receipt without saying anything. At the register, trouble continued because one of the group was charged double on her card compared to the receipt. They did correct this when pointed out, but it shouldn't be a mistake that happens in the first place. Finally, a few days after my visit I checked my bank statement and found that a tip had been added to the charge, and I certainly did not add a tip for rude service. This theft was the final straw to really seal my opinion. To the credit of management, they were prompt to refund the false tip when I reached out about it. The building itself is nice, the food is good, and while the prices are on the high end, this place really has potential to be a great restaurant. Based on other reviews, I hope our visit was a fluke with a bad service team.

I also got a crunchy beef taco and a chicken chalupa. Both were good but both had a crispy shell. My only previous experience with a chalupa was Taco Bell's which is fried, but pillowy inside. This was downright hard... which was good, but made it difficult to eat as it was stuffed full of goodies. As with most Mexican places, I was served quickly! That meant I was back in my room sleeping in no time! I'd go here again if I was staying close, but I don't think I'd drive out of my way to go here.
