I'll echo what others have likely mentioned, get here before 9pm if you don't have a reservation, or come a little later, ~11pm. The place is small and has outdoor seating, however it still quickly fills up. The meatballs were amazing, as was the anchovies over potato crisps (Gildas) and the Brie with violet marmalade. The only dish that wasn't quite for my palette was the cod (esgarraet), just a bit too salty, but perhaps that's how the fish is meant to be served. Overall, we had a bottle of white wine and 8 tapas, all came out for be €42, which isn't bad at all if I do say so. Definitely worth a try if you can manage to scoop a table.

Toasts with toppings. Serrano ham and Brie, duck foie gras with sweet wine reduction and cream cheese with dried tomatoes and capers.

This place was packed with reservations by locals when we got there a few minutes after opening. We ended up outside which was a little chilly. We were quickly surrounded by other patrons. The service was helpful and friendly. My husband discovered a Valencian vermouth drink there. We ordered a whole lot of tapas. One being the Brie fondue with violet marmalade. That was really interesting. The homemade meatballs were tasty. My family really enjoyed the rilletes which was shredded duck meat. Even my daughter who normally would not eat duck meat. The choricillos had an interesting entrance, all flaming. But my family did not enjoy the flavor left behind. The boar pate was not too gamey. The foie gras on toast was very rich. Greek yogurt dessert with honey and walnuts was delicious as was the nutella mousse. Overall, a great place to initiate yourself with authentic tapas!

This place rocks ! Thank you follow yelpers for helping me find this gem ! Wow everything was delicious including what my BF thought was Carnitas, turns out it was Duck ! I admit I had a few bites & it was tasty not my fav but tasty! Our waiter Javier was a delight he was nice, smiling and patient with us. I dropped my little jacket as we were hopping in a cab he ran after us to give it to me ! What a nice man. The tapas were filling and fresh It's a must try when in Valencia

I went with a group of 4 girls and we loved this place! Everyone who worked there was super friendly and explained the questions we had. We were full from dinner and it only came to 48 euros! We loved the food and can't wait to go back and try more!

This location was one of my favorites in all of Valencia. As a student living there for 6 months, I sought out favorites and I frequented this restaurant. Their menu is very fun and tasty. I recommend the flaming meatballs! The montaditos are crunchy and come in various options. They have a good selection of drinks and are located in a pretty part of the city.

The food here is consistently awesome, so much so that I keep a menu here at home to remind me how good it is. Lots of vegetarian options exist on the menu, including hummus, cheese dips, extremely fresh salads, and lots of meaty things for my friends who are into that. I do suggest calling for dinner reservations, because there is not much seating, but I am always pleasantly surprised to find a table if I am just walking by. Whether you are in the mood for salads, tapas, bocadillos, or wine, this is a great place to remember!

But also being somewhat upscale they were a little more formal than obviously a casual place. Once seated we were told we had 2 hours to finish our meal which is a very long time for just two Americans eating. The only issue I have is that our food arrived amazingly fast I mean like maybe under 5 minutes post ordering. After that the staff kept coming by asking if they could clear my plate because I eat quite a bit faster than my companion, my wife. They asked me two to three maybe even four times if they could clear my plate which really was unwelcome since we had 2 hours to finish our meal. As I stated earlier the food was really really good if you check out my photos the atmosphere was really nice. I am an architect and can really appreciate nice design and configurations. I would gladly go back and run to recommend this place I do know my wife stated the same issue I outline regarding being rushed and they said that they would adjust it. I would gladly revisit the establishment and when we return back to the Valencia I plan on going there once again. I highly recommend it especially the steak that was very well cooked perfect for our desire which was rare.

It's pretty easy to make one online and there are usually plenty of options available. 2. 40 euro for a tasting menu and bottle of wine!?! Sign me up to do this once a week please. 3. Adorable ambiance and vibe. It felt so cozy and just a nice spot to have a relaxed dinner with friends/loved ones. 4. Incredible sweet staff. If you can, Jamon Jamon should definitely be on the list of places to eat in Valencia.

It was definitely an excellent recommendation! Intimate ambiance, excellent service, and superb food! We stopped by at 20:00 and there was a sign on the door that said they were full and recommended making reservations. We were able get on their website and make reservations for a party of four at 21:30 that same night. Definitely recommend making reservations. Recommendations: 1) On the "To Share" menu, try the goat cheese with tomato jam. So delicious! 2) For the main, my wife ordered the Huevos Rotos with organic farm eggs and candied potatoes. She loved it! 3) For my main, I ordered the Iberian Bacon glazed with orange and roasted carrot cream. By far my best meal in Valencia!
