This is one of my favorite restaurants and we come here annually to enjoy the freshly made food. The unique aspect of this restaurant in Anna Maria, the owner's wife. She has been making cavatelli, a pasta renown from the region of Campobasso in Italy, while sitting in the restaurant in plain view of patrons for almost 30 years dutifully rolling the dough and making cavatelli. All you can get here is cavatelli in various types of sauces and additions as well as pizza. The rock star, and my favorite, in all of this is the cavatelli in a delicious meat and tomato rage sauce.
I assure you that you can't find this unique combination of freshly made pasta, superb ragu, pizza, wine and the ambiance with Anna Maria anywhere else. This is a hidden gem and the locals flock here and for them it's a best kept secret.
