As you walk in, you are in the ground floor wine bar-restaurant. The walls are covered with wine bottles and there are tables to sit at as well as a beautiful bar. But if you are more hungry than thirsty, then take a walk up the gorgeous blue granite stairs to the upstairs restaurant. Shortly after we sat down, the owner and chef, Nicola Russo, joined us at our table. He asked if we had any dietary restrictions and what our wine preferences were. There were no menus! He selects the freshest seasonal ingredients available and then puts together surprises! We were not disappointed! Everything was to die for scrumptious! For the Antipasta, I chose Bollito di baccala in sala verde (18e) It was delicate and light and not over salty.
