Two of our team had the shrimp taco's and they was so much moisture in them they ended up eating them with a knife and fork. Another two on our team had the Quesabirria. They said it tasted good but had more cheese than Burria. As for my own dish, I had the poblanos with steak, which is three enchiladas covered in a poblano sauce with a side of rice. The portion was a reasonable size but the steak was chewy and while it wasn't bad the poblano sauce just didn't impress me. It was just plain in flavor, with not much poblano flavor. Like I mentioned earlier we were seated outside. I was about two thirds the way through my meal and found a small black hair in the sauce. Where we were sat was pretty breezy so I cannot say if the hair came with my meal or if it was blown onto my food, but it was not the best end to what I would call a lackluster meal.

As a California native I really really miss Mexican food. I got the pastor tacos and my daughter got a quesadilla. Both were absolutely amazing, to the point where I feel like it would be worth the 3+ hour drive from where I live to this place because it really is that good.
