I had the best experience at this office a few weeks ago and I meant to write a review sooner. I woke up with a bad tooth ache and a bloated cheek. I called about 3 different dentist offices to see if they would take me in same day visit, no one would until I called La Puente Advanced Dentistry. Right away the receptionist felt my pain and made it possible to have me seen an hour later, I couldn't believe it. I get to the office and everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I really felt like I was talking to family members. I really was impressed with all the staff. I'm sorry I forget the Dentist name but he was a young dentist from the east coast whom took care of me and fixed my issue right away. Two root canals same day, but I didn't feel thing because as soon as I let him know I felt a little pain, he would numb me up. I want to thank everyone there I do remember a few of the staff and one in particular because she has the same name as my grandmother Luz. She was amazing btw, felt like I was with my sister. I also want to thank Noheli whom made it all possible for me to be seen and was really hospitable. I can't forget Monze, or Monzerat... sorry if I misspelled, but she also was super attentive and on her game. I really liked how everyone there makes you feel like you are at a family gathering or family party. I'm excited to go for my check up tomorrow. If you're in pain and no one will take you, call them .... They will make it happen . read more

This was my first visit to this dentist and so far my best experience. From the moment you walk in the lobby is extremely clean and the receptionist at the front desk were very welcoming. I was attended by three different people, a woman who took my x-rays, which was quick and easy, another woman that did my teeth cleaning which had a gentle hand and then Dr. Chase, who helped me out with a crown that had fallen off. Overall, from the moment I walked into the moment I left everything was to my liking and more. I'm highly disappointed and left frustrated after my appointment yesterday. I went in for a wisdom teeth removal consultation. They were trying to up sale a cosmetic procedure that was NOT required for $1,800 out of pocket. I told them I did not want the additional procedure but the staff was persistent that it was required. I firmly asked to just have the wisdom teeth removed without the procedure. The staff re assured me that their dentist will not work on me if they don't add the bone graft & membrane. If it's for my health, I will gladly do it for my own well being. Mind you, this is for wisdom teeth. Wisdom teeth do not need the graft and membrane. They will try to up sale anything that is "required" by the dentist. I recommend going to several dentist to hear different opinions. read more

Visited La Puente Advanced Dentistry for the first time with my mother for a consultation appt. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk staff who were pleasant and the waiting area was clean. X-rays were performed on my mother and the dentist spoke with her regarding treatment. It was a pleasure to have staff members who explained everything they were doing so nothing was a surprise. This is my 2nd review for LP Advanced Dentistry. I have 2 appointments this December 12/12/25 and on the 30th, I'll leave my last review on the 30th. My second visit here was to insert a temporary crown on two teeth. My experience here was just as better and laid back as the last one. Doctor Chase and his dentist assistant (Didn't get her name, sorry) were a great team, they made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the procedure, even if I told Doc there was slight discomfort, not pain, while grinding my tooth down he put more numbness just as precaution and didn't ignore my "slight discomfort" as a means to "let's just keep going" with I'm sure other dentists do. I also enjoy a good conversation which they were glad to chat with the entire time I was able to. Amazing team! Shout out to the ladies at reception too. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. They have been extremely unprofessional and uncommunicative throughout my experience. Despite repeated attempts to get clear updates and responses regarding my refund, my concerns were ignored and I was left without the courtesy of a follow-up. They constantly gave me false promises about issuing my refund for services that were never completed, yet failed to follow through. A dental office should value their patients' time and trust, but this one has shown a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Patients deserve honesty, timely communication, and respect--none of which I received here. Save yourself a headache, and go somewhere else. read more

Idk where to begin.. i spent over 2hrs reading yelp reviews from various dentist in the area and couldn't bring myself to go to any because of the mixed reviews. Until I came across La Puente Advanced Dentistry, right away I knew based on their reviews I wouldn't be disappointed. I called on a Wednesday around 2PM trying to schedule an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient and they were able to schedule me the same day at 4PM!(green flag already) Right off the bat the office was very clean and neat, I didn't have to wait a long wait time either. I literally walked in, filled out paperwork, & was called in right after to get my X-rays taken. The customer service was 100% everyone was so nice and very attentive. They are very nice and fun to talk to! I had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by Angel and let's just say he left my teeth feeling BRAND new. I'm happy to say I will be staying with them for a very long time to continue any dental work I need done. I highly recommended coming here. I am one of those super anxious, dentist-fearing people that brushes and flosses incessantly to avoid the dentist. But I had to go due to a cracked tooth- worst pain of my life. just had 3 fillings done this morning and wow looking at the before and after pictures are insane. it was an excavation site at the build-a-tooth workshop this morning haha. it was such a comfortable experience that halfway through i almost fell asleep. I love this dentist! The atmosphere, the music, everyone is so welcoming and I felt at home. The Dentist was AMAZING, the Hygienist was so informative, and all the nurses were so nice, understanding and welcoming!! I came due to an emergency broken tooth and they fixed it and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. They were very informative about everything they were going to do and I need a lot of work done and I will only go to them from now on and I'll be referring my family and friends as well!
