Delisse cafe is elegant and classy, allowing the absolutely stunnning pastries to bring the pop of color to its simplistic decor. The staff. It was a delight to be served by these beautiful, professional crew that knows every single pastry inside out. Myriam and Liz gave me a full-blown explanation of what went into each one of the items on their shelf that morning. They don't have a set menu because they carry different items each day. Hence they only carry a handful of pastry varieties each day, and make it to perfection. Quality over quantity- thats the way to go. You cant go wrong with anything you pick. After getting to know whats in each of the items I decided to try out the Raspberry Rebanada. I can tell you this, the pastry chef has perfected the Ultimate sweet-to-buttery ratio. Red velvet cake and cream cheese combination topped with tart raspberry flavor leaves a zesty aftertaste that makes you want more and more. What better than a fantastic cup of mocha to bring it all together. By far the most decadent pastries I've ever had and i'm going back tomorrow with a couple of more peeps.
