I should know better! As soon as I walked in a knew this would be a franchise restaurant. Nonetheless, I gave them an opportunity. I walk in and my daughter needs to go to the bathroom and it wasn't working. There was nothing ready. The register was still being counted. Absolutely zero food made. She ended up frying us some frozen empanadas they had. The empanadas were made the Cuban way but had the Colombian crust. Absolutely disappointed! They didn't taste Colombian at all. My favorite part about this location was the pay phone. It brought me back so many memories! If you don't mind fast food come here - but when it comes to my empanadas I want them home made baby.

    Three Cheese Arepa!

One of my favorite spots in Kendall! So fresh and delicious! & the staff/owners are extremely kind! Love this place!

Que Rico!!!! We have tried to come so many times and we finally made it. We liked this place because: -Tequeños were thin, (la Guaira, Venezuela style) and with a lot of melted and juicy white cheese. -Cheese empanadas were also thin, crispy and with that white juicy cheese. My daughter was enjoying every bite and as she was doing so, she literally was listening to the sound of her crunchy emapanada. So fresh! -Soup of the day; Ajiaco Colombiano, is a Colombian soup with three different potatoes, shredded chicken on a healthy chicken broth and a white cream as the owner explained to me. The couple in charge of the place were so nice with us, I felt more like going to my uncle and aunt's house than a regular house. They were talking with us the whole time and she fried the empanadas and tequeños right there in front of us. Delicious! Gracias. Delicioso! Gracias.

Maicitos mixto / sorry the arepa didn't make it to the pic lol

I love this place! I've tried so far the Venezuelan arepas two ways, the maicitos & the Colombian empanadas. Everything fresh and made to order & the owners are the sweetest older couple. They really love what they do and it shows in the quality of their food!

My burger was raw, and the customer service was not very good at all. And after reading others people reviews I will not be returning.

New owners, the food is totally different. The quesadillas used to be amazing. They are now sub par. Sticky chairs and tables

Food is fresh & good portions for the $. Only negative is they don't serve every traditional type of colombian fast food like maicita.

The music selection is fire though and I was jamming out the whole time while waiting for my food. I complimented them on the music selection and they mentioned the owner is dominican and puerto rican which explained the great music selection. I was helped out by Adrian and his service was helpful in finding what dishes to order. I took my food to go and it was piping hot, definitely made fresh to order which I enjoyed. The nachos were what I was most eager to try as they are all the rage on social media. They lived up to the hype and that nacho cheese is absolute gold. I love that it's served in a pizza box. It just makes it iconic. It travels well and everything was still hot when I got home. The Al Pastor taco was just okay, nothing to write home about but now the steak burrito was really really good. I love that they don't have rice in their burritos and instead replace it with potatoes, which is absolutely delicious. They give two different types of salsas with your order plus limes and the green salsa is unreal. Add it to everything for a flavor boost! All in all this place is fire and if you're craving nachos, this is definitely the place you should come to get your fix!

My dinner plans changed last minute due to the weather, which was heavily raining and decided on Lolita despite not having reservations. Upon arrival we were instructed to go upstairs where the very young and inexperienced host could not figure out the system and said sorry there was no availability to accommodate us. We left disappointed and while going downstairs I decided to pull uo their booking site to confirm availability. The system reflected several available time slots for dinner. Kudos to the downstairs host that accommodated us immediately once I showed her the system reflected availability. The servers were truly incredible downstairs and I appreciate the very attentive and charming service provided throughout the evening! I ordered a beet salad which was almost perfect but was lacking feta or goat cheese which I highly recommend they consider having in the kitchen. The oxtails tacos were delicious and very filing. I also enjoyed the brown dessert. Thank you for a yummy evening with fantastic service!
