I'd probably only come back here if I had no other options elsewhere. Parked behind it and walked around the front side to enter. We were the only customers there...never a good sign. The girl that took our order was friendly enough and she did the prep too, though she looked like she'd seen better days. No energy, no enthusiasm, that's for sure. Our order didn't take long and it was hot, it just didn't taste that great. I got a poutine with onions and the number of onions was absolutely overwhelming...like I ordered two onions with cheese, fries, and gravy. I couldn't believe how many onions were on it. My wife had a basic poutine and it was much better, just nothing super, super special. The interior decor is like stepping back into 80's, but is beat to hell. First time trying poutine. I only got the small size of the classic because I did not know if I was going to like it. It was actually better than I thought. Learn across this place at 1 am while on a trip to Quebec. This was some of the best poutine I had while in the city......they had many options to choose from as far as toppings go. Drink choices were limited, but I only wanted good poutine. read more

This place was okay, tucked away in a neighbourhood. The prices were a bit expensive for poutine and it was confusing at first when we were ordering. There are different gravys to choose from (like BBQ and Black pepper) and different poutines that added different meats or vegetables. I had the best one as recommended by yelp, it had pork, cheese curds and possibly some vegetables. The inside is not great, and could really use some renovation. The open kitchen looked dark and possibly dirty, though it was hard to see. The tables are like the tables at costco but more cramped up. You can get water from a water dispenser. There is parking outside for 1 hour between certain hours. I would not recommend walking here or taking public transit. read more

I love this place. There's wide variety of poutine to choose from but I'm only here a few days to try them out :-( I purposely tried to avoid the fancy and/or touristy places in the Quebec City. A store devoted only to poutine! This is located within one of the local neighborhoods which was nice because it gave us a chance to walk around and explore the city. If I remember correctly, there were menus in English to help us pick our food. The staff was really nice though and helped us as we struggled with selecting our poutine. What I like about here was the great variety of poutines and sauces so you pick and mix and matched. The guy gave us some samples of the sauce before we settled on the one we wanted. My review is based on the delivery service. I didn't actually eat at the physical location. So my colleagues and I decided to order a couple of poutines for lunch because it's Friday - and some of us were up late the night before... so we're obviously craving deliciously greasy junk food! We called at around 11 to place the order and were told they would deliver around 12:15 (we asked for delivery around noon). So far, so good. But the delivery guy called us to say he was gonna be 15 mins early. So we went downstairs to wait for him (it's a secured building)... Well, he ended up being late. Like 20 mins late. Not the biggest deal in the world, but we were getting hannoyed (as in hungry + annoyed). Not only that, but it was really complicated to pay for each order with the machine - not the guy's fault, but it took 3 tries for most of us with credit cards. Then. He got the poutines out of his delivery bag and there was a surprise spill! There was brown sauce splotched all over. Yay. Thankfully a male colleague volunteered to get our entire order back to the kitchen so we wouldn't risk staining our fancy work clothes :) Surprise #2? A poutine was missing! Yep! We ordered 6 and we got 5. How hard can it be to make sure your order is complete before you ship it out to offices all over the city, causing anguish and hangriness (yep, that's angered fueled by hunger). Delivery guy was super apologetic and offered to come back asap with another poutine..... ....but it took 2 phone calls and an extra 30 minutes! As for the food itself? Well. It was good, not great. Thank goodness we found this place. Four of us were en route to the maritime provinces and had to skip Montreal for time reasons. We wanted to find some great poutine before we passed through the province, and was extremely disappointed at the first place we stopped at, thinking maybe we missed our chance. We came upon this place on a weekend morning, busting the door right at the open. 10 minutes later, what sat in front of us was the most glorious, artery-clogging, delicious poutine experience we've all ever had. We went late at night, around 11:30pm in a group of 6. The service was quick. Some extra staff appeared out of no where and helped complete our order fast. They were friendly and helped us translate some things to English. The poutine though was just mediocre. We had the philly steak poutine with traditional gravy and also with Texan gravy. We stumbled upon this place after arriving in Quebec city late and realizing our air bnb wasnt so centrally located. Poutine was delcious, good flavours and the guys serving us was friendly, smiling and doing his best to speak to us in English which was much appreciated.
