Where do I start. First of all, it was a Saturday. So I was expecting it might be busy. But other than a group of maybe 8, and us a party of 4. It was not. So, didn't think that would be an issue. Wrong. It took an hour and 5 minutes to get our food. So we were hangry to say the least. So, the burnt fries,and garlic bread. Along with the overcooked pasta( hardly edible ) was not going back. My wife and I stopped in and ordered a large combo pizza, thin crust. When it came, it was hot but most of the crust was pretty soggy. The sausage tasted like it was too over spiced, too much fennel. The unsweetened Iced Tea tasted pretty bland. But the real kicker was that when I walked up to the counter for a box for our leftovers, I was ignored...twice. Not even a, "I'll be right with you..." Nope, instead just kept walking by my like I was invisible. At one point it felt a bit awkward. I don't care how busy you THINK you are, you don't ignore your customers. We were passing through town and craved pizza. We found three options. We selected La Piazza and we are glad we did. We had various options based on our family and friends. The cheese is good - the best part of the pizza. The pizza sauce was on the sweet side for us or it would have been better for us but again that's just a matter of preference. We also enjoyed wings, salad, and cheese breadsticks. If we pass through again I would try it again just with possibly a different or no sauce. read more

The food was exceptional. Was out at the river and wanted something quick and easy so it was pizza for the night...but didn't want the standard Dominos or Pizza Hut. First time here and was very pleasantly surprised. Pizza was great. Large slices and large chunks of the ingredients were a plus. Wings were good. Warning The hot ... is HOT! I've visited Parker for the last 15 years and this place was great with food and service, I came in on June and the service was slow, careless. Wings were cold and potatoes were served after we were all done eating and ready to leave. This week Went in a Wednesday, we were the only costumers in the diner, the employees' attitude is not rude but is very "laid back" and "chill" and "we'll get to it when we get to it". The salad was good as always. The pizza taste as always, not bad but doughy and sweet, some people like that type of pizza. It was served fresh and hot so no problem. The wings once again were cold and this time were also stale. The potatoes wedges were again super late. This is not the place I remember from back in the day. La Piazza is our favorite place for pizza in Parker. We always order takeout, because service can be a little slow sometimes--but we're always prepared. If you do dine in, they have super cold beer, which is helpful. This food is pretty good. Love the greasy broasted chicken and pizza. However the service is unapologetically the worst in the universe. Bad service with a smile. They are friendly, just slow. Order your food ahead or don't go when in a hurry. Most locals order take out or call ahead even if they're dining in. Also don't expect to have your drinks refilled or be checked on esp. when they're busy. We only come here when we are prepared to wait forever. Baaaaad customer service if you walk in too order your food as you will definitely have too do because on Friday and Saturday nights they take their phones off the hook so you can't get through, I called both nights after 7:30PM 20 times and got nothing but busy signals, if I were the owner of this place I'd fire everyone especially the rude counter girl which has no business running a counter and I'd get people in there that have atleast "SOME" form of customer service as this place could be a GOLD MINE if it was ran properly but after all it is "Parker aka parklahoma". The pizza is actually pretty good (much much better than Pizza Hut and Dominos) and they do deliver but only if they don't take and leave their phone off the hook, They have good prices. I'm a new resident here in Parker heard my friend told my about the great Pizza here so I decided to dine in with my friend we both wanted to try the spaghetti/ meat balls and we both were very disappointed with it not only the meat balls were a little cold but the pasta was over cooked and it was a vermicelli pasta not spaghetti pasta my friend refused to eat it and told the waitress about the lack of appeal and my friend ordered something else on the menu...I-just picked at my spaghetti and ate only the meatballs mine were( warm) then we ordered a pizza to take home which was good never again pizza only! read more

Lousy service, we were in town for one night and wanted pizza that wasn't Dominos or Pizza Hut so this was our option. We waited 40 minutes and had to go up twice and ask where the pizza was. Finally we got up and told them to box it up. We were done. Not an adult in the place overseeing operations. That's what happens when you hire children to run your business. Good is very good all home made. It's a tiny hole in the wall but get there early they get busy. Good takes a little bit but was worth the wait. They use a good amount of quality toppings. I recommend the fried mushrooms and the mojo potatoes. They had super good ice tea which is nice in the hot weather. read more
