Me being Puerto Rican and Black I am used to a variety of different flavors. I ordered the Churrasco plate $25 which included tostones, veggies, and this rice and beans combo that tasted like it was cooked with coconut milk. Not expensive ! Everything there I've tried is delicious...for 8 years I've been eating at this food court hole in the wall...owner is always working the counter and very nice.
