Her customer service wasn't just poor--it was nonexistent. The Breaking Points: Hostile Environment: She created a conflict out of thin air and used it as an excuse to provide terrible service. Refusal of Refund: Despite the hostile interaction and the fact that I no longer felt comfortable eating there, she flatly refused to provide a refund for my transaction. Unwarranted Escalation: To top it all off, after being the primary aggressor, she told me to leave the restaurant. It is clear this employee has no interest in hospitality or basic human decency.
