We caught the food truck when it stopped by our apartment complex! We were interested by the horchata special but just ended up getting 3 quesabirria tacos to share. Stumbled across this truck after dinner and on the way to get some boba. It was located outside Taplands bar in Santa Clara on a Friday. We tried one quesabirria taco and birria fries, both were delicious. I do wish the taco was crunchy, but that's just a personal preference. Hours are wrong, never answer the phone, it's a truck so it might not be there. The Birria pizza is very good! We tried to go back a couple of days later and it wasn't there. Even the day that we originally ordered the food it wasn't supposed to be in Morgan Hill according to their hours.
