The oven opens into the dinning room and an employee who was getting off work got some of the fresh conchas and left for the day. Shortly after my waiter left for the day. I asked another waiter when my concha would come out and he said 11min. I waited and asked again and he said 10 more minutes, so I paid for my coffee and left. Moral of the story, try in the morning as they may have a larger selection. Once I try the food I will update my review.

The food was very good, tasted good and professionally presented. The bakery was gorgeous, and more french and american looking bread stuffs than mexican.
