We had an awesome server who was able to accommodate to our vegetarian requests - we ordered the chilaquiles without any meat and were splitting it so without asking he brought it in two separate plates, the eggs were could to the liking we requested, the croissant I think is baked in house and was really warm/soft, I really enjoyed my cappuccino as well (the cinnamon dusting on top was so sweet tasting). My favorite might be the French toast which was made with the bread made in house. Overall, a cheap brunch compared to the American standard and definitely cheaper than what the hotel was charging. So I ended up with chilaquiles, which are now a favorite of mine and though not impossible to find in the states, they don't appear too often. I had a choice of a verde sauce or a mole, and I went for the mole. I loved the different textures: the avocado and chicken with the crunch of the tortilla. The cotija cheese on top was delicious. I went back to Cancun once again and returned for this same meal. Someone I know was just in Cancun, and I told him to do the same thing. I've had chilaquiles since, but none as good as Manyee's.

The oven opens into the dinning room and an employee who was getting off work got some of the fresh conchas and left for the day. Shortly after my waiter left for the day. I asked another waiter when my concha would come out and he said 11min. I waited and asked again and he said 10 more minutes, so I paid for my coffee and left. Moral of the story, try in the morning as they may have a larger selection. Once I try the food I will update my review.

It was priced the same as the cakes around $65 pesos. They also sell bread and croissants at very good prices. Ranging from $20 - $45 pesos. The place is also a restaurant with a full staff waiting to greet you. Just walk straight in and to the left. There will be people behind the dessert counter for the cafe portion of the store. It will also help if you spoke a bit of Spanish because all the staff speaks only Spanish.
