The service was excellent and our waiter was very helpful, our waiter also recommended some delicious dishes for us. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Ibiza to try this place out, the walk to the location is excellent during the early p.m(20:00). We sat inside because there were no tables available outside however it was super adorable inside and I would definitely eat there inside and/or outside again. I had the filet and my wife had the the fish in coconut curry sauce and it was sooooo good. We enjoyed some white wine with our dinner that was very tasty. Overall a delicious dinner and bottle of wine with an appetizer will cost you around €100 but it's absolutely worth it. Again, I would eat there again in a heart beat.:-)

Great spot right near the entrance of dalt vila. and perfect for people watching. Definitely make a reservation because it fills up. Food was really good, the burrata amazing. I had the best bruschetta i've ever had here. The cocktails were also good but came in very odd glassware that made it them feel cheap. Would definitely recommend.

La Oliva was where we had our final group dinner in Ibiza, and it was a great choice. I reached out for reservations for our group of 9 the day before - fortunately, we were able to score a table, but we were inside. After a week in the heat, no one minded sitting indoors in the air conditioning! Our server, whose name I forget, was awesome. She was on top of everything we needed for our entire visit. The wine selection was nice - we opted for house rosé to start which was great, and we all went our own way from there, with some sticking to wine and others trying cocktails (and some of us drinking all of the drinks). For starters, the goat cheese puff pastry came recommended in a local guide book I had purchased, so we ordered two for the table. A delicious choice! The burrata and jamon iberico were also excellent, and the bread with housemade garlic aioli was addictive! I dropped the ball when it came to entrees. For some unknown reason, I went with the chicken, while others around me selected seafood and beef. The chicken was chicken. I wasn't crazy about the texture, which was kind of rubbery. Thankfully, my friends with much more delicious entrees were kind enough to share. My friend Sam had a white fish in curry sauce that was absolutely delicious. Another friend shared a piece of his filet which was excellent. Order these dishes, or one of the other seafood options. Don't order the chicken. I wish I could take that back! La Oliva is a solid four stars, and possibly even five, depending on how you order. Highly recommended for a nice and affordable dinner in the walled city of Dalt Vila.

Wow... such an awesome place. The food is great and the ambiance is amazing. The beef tenderloin with truffle sauce was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Before I travelled to Ibiza, there was one restaurant which I had to visit namely; La Oliva! And damn it was worth it. The atmosphere was great even as the location and the lovely Spanish waiter (okay to be fair.. not the French one). The table was a little bit crowded but you can consider it as cozy. The food was incredible. The Tuna Tartar melted in my mouth and the Brandade of cod (with truffle!) was amazing. Normally I would not be able to have a dessert after that but I am happy I did so. I would describe the citrus dessert as a sweet mango cloud.. Sound cheesy but true. I am a fan!

What an amazing hidden gem in the castle area of old Ibiza town! They have amazing bread and herbed aioli to start. The goat cheese in puff pastry with honey was a delicious appetizer. For our entrees we enjoyed our steak and spaghetti topped with fresh beratta cheese. I highly recommend getting the macaroon for dessert! It was so damn good!!

Great people watching if you sit outside. This is a limited menu but the food was good.

My octopus starter is a signature dish and was tender, savory, and it was consumed too quick. Our other app, Iberian ham, was served on a massive pillow platter. It was top notch Spanish ham and as such, was delicate, tasty, aromatic and again, went down too quick. We shared a foie gras and duck paella which was served in a unique rectangular pan. One would thing this would be quite heavy to digest, but in fact, this was probably the lightest paella I've ever had. The rice was cooked perfectly, with the slightest resistance to your chew. The duck was sparingly placed throughout the dish. We paired with a wonderful Chablis and of course the mandatory warm bread. Be sure and take a look upstairs as the decorating is fantastic.

As they struggled to let her out, I heard them comment it was not the first time it had happened. They were finally able to open the door and offered a very weak apology. I asked for a complaint form; they said they had none and asked us to come back tomorrow. We knew full well it is ilegal for a business to deny a complaint form so we called the police to mediate for us. They were then magically able to provide us with one. Most horrible experience EVER at a restaurant.
