    Prawns, langostino and lamb chops. Prawns are a MUST!

    This is more of a local watering hole than a tourist spot and that makes it wonderful. The food is amazing and drinks are generously poured at an unbelievably low price. Our waiter, Albano, was pleasant and accommodated our many requests. Set Your Expectations: There's a wait for initial service, busy staff and no set host/hostess If you want Tapas, you must sit at the bar. There is no service for tapas at a seated table. Half of the restaurant is indoor and the other half is outside, but both are beautiful. (Don't be picky and try to wait for an outdoor table) No reservations, come knowing there may be an hour wait.

    Tortilla for breakfast!

    Came here a total of 3 times during our visit in Ibiza because we loved it so much! Aesthetic of the restaurant and pinxtos was on point, very modern and artistic. Amazing customer service as well. The host/server was the only one who knew English well and he was very welcoming to tourists. Tortilla was delicious and gooey at the center, which is what I always look for. I wish we had time to come back here for lunch. The meat plates I saw on people's tables looked so appetizing. Love this spot!

    Wow! Wow! Wow! Seemed to us that this was a great local / tourists restaurant! Great service! The food was amazing! The tapas looked amazing but every Pinchos had a slice of bread at the bottom (which was not issue) and we really didn't want to fill up on bread... So we decided to have a seat and a nice date night meal for our first night in Ibiza. Ordered up prawns, cheese plate and croquettes! Everything was just amazing! Between these dishes and drinks we spend about $50usd... The pinchos were about €1.75 each if memory serves. All were rotating and looked amazing! A must stop in Ibiza!

    My first full meal in Ibiza was amazing and has set the bar very high. Thank you to the staff for being patient and thoroughly explaining the menu and how dining here works. For dinner, if you only want pinxtos, then you walk up to the counter, grab a plate, order a drink from the guy behind the counter and find an open table on the patio out back. If you want to order food from the menu, then you have to wait for a table in the dining room. While we waited for our food to be made, we helped ourselves to the pinxtos. You pay for what you eat, they have skewers in each item and when we were done eating, our server counted the skewers and charged us accordingly. .....1.75 per item. The filet of beef and the grilled prawns were amazing! I loved them both. Our steak came out tender and grilled perfectly. The prawns had a fresh taste and were grilled just right! The pictures don't do them justice. Also, try their pitcher of sangria. Full of fruit and refreshing on a hot day! I highly recommend eating here....budget friendly, great service and tasty food!

    Variety of pintxos

    Came here for our last meal in Spain and we were not disappointed. Their kitchen was closed for the afternoon until 8pm, but they had several pintxos (mini openfaced sandwiches) that are self-serve and all quite delicious. Then at 8 we ordered the langostinos (large shrimp) and foie gras - so good. The red sangria was also amazing - very fruity with lots of strawberries :) The best part - the total bill was extremely reasonable by US standards -- 55.85 euros!!

    We went to Ibiza Town for a 3 day getaway and casually walked into this bar that had a few cool looking people hanging around outside drinking and eating nibbles - when we got in it was jam packed with a great buzz and full of mouthwatering aromas. We ordered the king prawns (12 huge tasty prawn for less that €15!) and the Tuna steak - cooked to perfection! We loved it so much that we went back again the next night for the T-Bone Steak - again cooked to perfection - even the sides were tasty and flavoursome. The wine was great too! I really love this place - it's got an amazing vibe and great for all ages including kids. The food was absolutely amazing and at great value and the staff were lovely, even though they were extremely busy they managed to find us a table.

    Excellent tapas location, for those uninitiated, like I was, grab any tapas off the table but keep the sticks....also order any drinks you'd like. Let the bartender know what drinks and give them the sticks back in the end for a final bill. Tapas were varied, so hold out for new trays to come out to get a full sampling. About 1.65 eur per tapas.

    Fresh pintxos of assorted variety to choose from. Fresh seafood and foie gras unlike any other. Sangria and Gin Elite drinks - all to satiate the discerning pallet.

    AMAZING! This food was so delicious and so authentic I loved it. Definitely worth checking out for lunch or a meal before the bar. I would have eaten here every day.

    I don't know my girl had, but it was great.

    Right off the bat, I'm giving Can Terra a five star rating. The food...where do I start? I'll get there in a sec. The ambience is great, locals and businessmen attend. The service is friendly. Now the food, it is excellent and the price? Very good for the quality of food they provide. I wish I ate here on day one of my trip, please try Can Terra. - I Yelp For The People

    This was my favorite restaurant in ibiza. Delicious toasts to get in the bar and also the tuna as main course was amaizing. Good price. Look for Rogério and Mauro..awesome staff!;

    Ate here every day while we were in ibiza. Obsessed? Maybe. Then we saw Can Terra in the airport.. then we knew we had a problem. 1-2 euros per tapas. Amazing wine collection. Highly recommend.

    Good food, a little overpriced. The tapas were really good, but the menu was typical. Drinks were a little expensive too, but tasted really good.

    Look at that foie gras!!

My husband and I were trying to find some good places to dine while we were in Ibiza, but we were there from Sat-Mon. And I don't know if you're familiar with Spain yet, but they pretty much shut everything down on Sundays & Mondays. Monday afternoon, we had just finished climbing the castle and looking out at the views. We walked into town and I remembered seeing the reviews for this gem of a restaurant. We walked in around 3:45pm on a Monday. I was sure they'd either be closed or closing, but to our surprise, they were open and very welcoming! We were the only people in there besides one person in the front on their computer. We sat in the back, outdoor space. It was lovely and peaceful, and we were so tired. The food came out immediately after we ordered and it had a stunning presentation, but the taste was even more stunning! I'm from NYC, we eat out a lot and we know good food. We're picky, new restaurants open and close every day in NYC. Mar a Vila should be in NYC!! Or at least they should open a location there or in Brooklyn. They definitely need to open more locations somewhere. This food is too good to be kept on such a tiny island, away from so many people! Well, at the end of our meal, Patricia, cleared our plates and then just let us sit. She never made us feel like we needed to leave. It was very nice and a great way to revive after a long, adventurous day. Patricia & Pablo, you have an amazing restaurant! I hope I can come back to Ibiza and experience it more.

With no English menu present, this is definitely a spot to hit up if you're in the mood to try something new & adventurous without knowing exactly what you ordered :) Came here twice during my super short stay in Ibiza (it was that goooood!) and both times = fantastic. The staff here is friendly and even with their limited English, they are able to help recommend typical / popular tapa dishes if you don't know what to order. There is no paper menu, so look at the boards on the wall for the food options. If you reallllly don't know what to order and not that hungry, simply grab your plate, go up to the bar, and pick up the finger sandwiches (roughly 1-2 euro/ piece). Prices for the food here is fair and reasonable and overall, here are my top recommendations for food: -Secreto Iberico: OMG, THIS DISH IS KILLLERRRRRR GOOOOOD. Yaaaas, I don't know what the sauce is but it's so damn delicious when you dip the crispy iberico ham in it (ham texture is similar to the crispy pork you eat at Korean places) -Callos: If you like tripe, go for this dish. Ahhhh, so yum yum with the different types of tripes used -Ensalada Escabeche con pollo: If you like something on the healthier side, order this badass salad. All of my guy friends thoroughly enjoyed this dish so.....that says a ton :) The sauce used with this dish is amazing Other random things to note: Seats - when you come in, simply sit wherever. -Splitting the bill: If you're in a group and would like to split the bill, let your server know before hand. If the place gets too packed, help your server out by stating how much each person is going pay and hand the server your card/money. -Apparently, this place is also a wine bar C: .....Definitely will visit again the next time I'm here Aiii. We had the croquettes, which were actually pretty decent. The salmon was their special which they recommended to us. It came served with a vegetable medley. The salmon was super dry and overcooked, and not one thing on the plate was seasoned. The vegetables did not have any butter, salt, or pepper. Neither did the fish. We had to ask them to bring us S&P and we asked for a sauce to try to make up for the dryness. They gave us tarter which was pretty good but didn't go super well with the dish. We also had a burrata that surprisingly wasn't served with any grain, you are just meant to eat it with a fork. To drink, we had the white sangria which was also okay. I am only giving a two because in addition to the food being poor, the service was also incredibly slow. It took us over two hours at the resturant for just two people because of how long it would take to get the servers attention and to get the food. The dishes each came out 20 minutes apart, and the burrata came out after the salmon, which I thought was strange. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience.
