The staff was mindful and let us know that it will be about a 25 minute wait for our order (serving 4). That was no problem for me as it means that the food is freshly cooked to order. Ethnic Foods Market is also located in a shopping center, so I didn't notice the wait time. Also, we ordered to-go. They serve various dishes such as the jollof rice and chicken or the egusi with fufu and beef. Both of these were nothing like I've ever tasted before. Nothing comes to mind that can compare to its flavor. All I can say is that it's yummy and you have to try it for yourself!
