You can get a quick meal to go, which I haven't done yet but am looking forward to. The aromas are Devine. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. They have a small but excellent meat department. I noticed that they have very reasonable prices and the lamb is especially affordable compared to other markets. They have a vast array of what are exotic groceries compared to other markets. I love to just peruse the isles when I'm there. I wish they had cooking classes. It would be interesting to learn how to use ingredients I'm not familiar with. I highly suggest a visit. You won't be disappointed.

While I don't do my regular Asian grocery shopping here, it has definitely saved me on more than one occasion when I've needed a specialty ingredient in a pinch. The biggest downside for me is the pricing. Compared to the markets I shop at in Koreatown when I'm in Los Angeles, many items here are significantly more expensive. Because of that, I usually stock up during my trips to LA and only stop by when I need something quickly and don't want to wait. On my most recent visit, it was nice to see that they had received a healthy shipment of fresh vegetables. I was able to pick up ingredients for making kimchi, and I also found milk buns, which was a pleasant surprise.

There is a table if you want to sit and eat but it's right next to the check out counter and the front door of the market. It's not private or relaxing. The flavor was very good. The price was reasonable. I will definitely try some of their other dishes when I come to shop.

I am now ready to go back and try another round of new items I did not get to eat within this visit. One suggestion, perhaps all menu items should* come with the fufu since that specifically is all TikTok craze right now. The staff was mindful and let us know that it will be about a 25 minute wait for our order (serving 4). That was no problem for me as it means that the food is freshly cooked to order. Ethnic Foods Market is also located in a shopping center, so I didn't notice the wait time. Also, we ordered to-go. There's one table that seats 4 people, but it truly is a market rather than a restaurant so be aware that dining-in is limited. They serve various dishes such as the jollof rice and chicken or the egusi with fufu and beef. Both of these were nothing like I've ever tasted before. Nothing comes to mind that can compare to its flavor. All I can say is that it's yummy and you have to try it for yourself!
