We were looking for a spot to eat some aguachiles and found La Niña, which also had a great happy hour drink special.
The food was great, the aguachilies were spot on (just needed a little more heat), and my wife had the asada tacos which were good but cut against the grain so they were a little tough.
The drinks are great but a little small, there are better happy hour specials in town.
With a rooster and other birds in the restaurant, you definitely feel like you're in a small Mexican restaurant tucked away from the masses.
The staff was friendly and the server spoke enough English that we were able to chat about a bird that hung out and was super friendly.
So far, they have the best aguachiles price in town so we'll def eat here again! Sorry, forgot photos of the food this time! read more
