Our table ordered chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, ommellete, BLT, and American breakfast. Everyone in our party was satisfied to say the least. Our table was given 2 hot salsas & 2 sour cream cups. Despite my desire to explore all of Sayulita, we ended up coming here more than just once on our vacation. Service was great, especially when we were in a rush. I loved the look and ambiance of the place, too. It's very warm and colorful. They serve excellent chai - it's super worth it to get the larger size! My boyfriend also enjoyed his coffee. Their mocha latte is honestly beautiful. Food-wise, our favorite thing on the menu was the breakfast burritos, whether vegetarian or with chorizo. They're super yummy with the spicy orange sauce provided. Also, the spinach and mushroom omelet can get some tasty veggies into your diet. This was our favorite breakfast place in Sayulita.... and the only one we went to during our entire stay. We made friends with the staff and by the end, our last day, they were excited to see us. Over the course of our breakfast shenanigans, I had chilaquiles and I also tried the eggs Benedict. To drink, I had a latte a couple times and then a chai on the last day. While in the quaint village of Sayulita for the week, my friend and I ate at Coffee on the Corner for breakfast every morning, but one. I regret that one we didn't. It was a delight discovering this place our first morning. I felt right at home here, especially since I live in New Mexico, where you can get green chile everywhere, and beans served with eggs is common. Plus, the owner and his crew are really friendly. They serve the freshest ingredients, all of their dishes are made from scratch. The interior is a sweet space decorated with an artist's touch. It reminded me of Santa Fe. Generous portions, especially on their Fruit Platter with mounds of papaya, pineapple, apples and cantaloupe. Served with granola and yogurt. Their Breakfast Special Potato with Cheese was hands down my favorite. I asked them to add sausage and a variety of veggies, which included avocado, tomatoes, red peppers and spinach, all topped with cheese. It's served with refried beans, salsa and warmed corn tortillas on the side. They were very accommodating. Chilaquiles is decadent and substantial with either scrambled or fried eggs, refried beans with fried tortilla strips, sprinkled cheese and a red mole. You can get breakfast bagels (with all the fixins'), breakfast burritos, omelettes and pancakes. Their coffee, alone, is reason to come here. It is excellent, as it's organic and comes from Oaxaca. They serve their lattes decorated with typical "latte art" you see here in the U.S. After all, Sayulita houses many expats, including a large artist population. Dairy intolerant? No problem. They have soy and almond milks, lactose-free, nonfat and regular milk. They carry a variety of Stash teas and Torani syrups. You want a good breakfast? This is where you need to go. Coffee on the Corner is quite a success here in Sayulita, and it would have the same success in the U.S. read more

Friendly service from staff. Had a fresh bagel with cream cheese and an americano to drink. Came for a late breakfast around 11:00 and had the place mostly to ourselves. My husband got a mocha that was both beautiful and tasty. He ordered the breakfast burrito. It was more like three little breakfast burritos with some home fries. He had the chipotle sauce with the burritos and it was spicy. He would highly recommend it if you are into spicy sauces. Free WiFi, just ask for password. Came here twice on a two day vacation, which says a lot because I LOVE FOOD. Everything is made to order so it takes a little bit for them to make the food. If you're staying anywhere North of downtown (renting a home or condo, etc), this is your best and easiest bet for coffee. The owner is quick, happy and makes a great iced latte. They have free WiFi, are an easy stop over the wooden footbridge as you enter Sayulita proper. A variety of coffee and espresso drinks at your disposal but nothing to wacky or unusual. There is a bathroom available for 10 pesos. read more
