Hello, my sweet tooth lovers!…read more While in San Juan, Puerto Rico, I had to stop by Drunken Cookie, and let me tell you... they did NOT disappoint! And yes--they even serve liquor with the cookies! I enjoyed a little shot of RumChata to go with mine. They have so many different cookie flavors, but these were the ones I wanted to try: Cookies & Cream Chocolate Chip Nutella Churro with Dulce de Leche Brown Butter White Macadamia Nut I had actually seen someone else visit this spot before, so I knew I had to check it out for myself. Since I make a trip to my favorite island every year, it was definitely on my must-visit list--and I'm so glad I finally made it! Every single cookie was absolutely delicious! They were soft, moist, packed with flavor, and not overly sweet--just the perfect balance. Every bite had me wanting another! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly, and the ambiance was such a fun, laid-back vibe. So, if you're in the area or planning a vacation to Puerto Rico, do yourself a favor and stop by Drunken Cookie. I promise I won't steer you wrong! Go show them some love--you can thank me later! #DrunkenCookie #SanJuanPR #PuertoRicoEats #CookieLover #DessertLover #SweetTooth #FoodieFinds #PRFoodie #TravelEats #WorthTheCalories

They have an incredible selection of flavors--three full freezers of gelato with so many unique options to choose from. Whether you like classic flavors or want to try something more adventurous, there's truly something for everyone. If you're walking around Old San Juan and craving something sweet, this is the perfect place to stop. Definitely one of the best treats we had on the trip!

Very cute interior, clearly well thought out and designed to be a photo/insta location. The colors and decor all flowed well. But beyond that, they have wonderful flavors! We tried about 7 in our group and they were all good. Tasted high quality and you could distinguish what the flavor was supposed to be. Fresh made on site I would guess. The order process is a little difficult w use they have so many flavors spread out over about 15 feet of displays. Hard to pick what you want without running back and forth to see if you would miss anything! The seating areas were nice and had lots of seating. Disappointed to see that the bathroom was out of order and just had an envelope with a handwritten message on it. Really took away from the experience. But would enjoy again!

I was real excited because WHO doesn't love nutella. My friend and I came in to pass some time…read morebefore going to the airport and there was a comfy sitting area both inside and outside. I ended up getting a matcha latte (which they added pumpkin spice to) and a hazelnut tres leches cake. Both were alright and the cake definitely scratched the hazelnut chocolate itch, but they were way too sweet. The pumpkin spice they added to the matcha was nice, but it added sugar to a drink that was already much too sugary for its own good. I'm not sure what kind of matcha they added to it, but it also tasted oddly artificial. Kinda like the Trader Joe's Green Tea Latte mix, which I know is very specific, but it's TRUE. Drinking it all gave me a raging headache from the sugar rush. The tres leches, again, was yummy, but much too sweet. I wish they let the nutella do it's magic rather than adding even more sugar to supplement the sugar already in the nutella.

They have a ton of customizable sandwich options where you can customize the bread (bread and waffle options). We got a turkey pesto sandwich with the waffle as our bread. It was amazing. I left the perfect amount satiated for a quick early breakfast. Their iced coffee was also amazing and came out quick. They have a glass case filled with pastries that you can order as well. We got the guava and cheese monkey bread. It had some of the best guava and cheese flavors we had while on the island. Definitely recommend!

AMBIANCE Parking: Old San Juan rules--come early or be ready to walk. Seating: Multiple seating areas for individuals and small groups but it's also a cafe too so there is seating in the back too. Vibes: Clean, modern café with a mix of locals and tourists. You can tell people come here for the coffee, not just to pass through. It leans more intentional and coffee-focused rather than just aesthetic--which I appreciated. FOOD / DRINKS Coquito Frap (Recommend) When in Puerto Rico, Coquito. Creamy, coconut-forward, and lightly spiced--like a frozen coquito with a coffee twist. Sweet, smooth, and definitely more of a dessert drink than a regular latte. CUSTOMER SERVICE Friendly and efficient. Even with a crowd, things moved quickly. TL;DR OVERALL 4.5 Stars. Solid spot. Great drink options at a reasonable price. They know what they're doing. Whether you're a coffee person or just need a reset, this place delivers. Salute to the Munoz family for sharing their coffee to the world! TIPS * Try their house coffee if you want the full experience--that's what they're known for.

We loved it so much we actually went twice during our trip - and even made a final stop before heading to the airport to go home. On our first visit, Hector (the roaster) happened to be there, which made the experience feel even more special. The staff overall were all so kind and attentive. The coffee is absolutely excellent - velvety smooth, rich, and delicious. I could easily drink more than one cup. I had a latte, and my husband had a macchiato, and both were great. They have a cute little outdoor atrium seating area, but we preferred indoors where all the comfy pillow seating was. Just a note - they don't offer decaf - but for regular coffee drinkers, it's a must-visit. Such a gem in Old San Juan!
